Lovely place the atmosphere was lively … kind of a mixture of Resturant & Bar with beautiful decor. Food was amazing the grilled octopus is a must and the Apple crumble for desert. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs !

Our brunch was nice. My Mom and her friend seemed to really like it. The only thing was that the Benedict brioche was stale tasting and we had to ask for a water refill. I will still come back though. Loved the room.

Beautiful room and lovely staff for the most part. Our original server had no experience basically took our order and wasn’t seen again. Lack of communication between server and kitchen meant mains came out while we were eating starters. Owen however was amazing, friendly and helpful once he took over. He makes me want to give it another try on a less busy day. Growing pains for a newer restaurant

Food was excellent: quality ingredients, sophisticated flavours, good presentation, etc. Ambiance was disappointing: renovations/furniture/workmanship. It felt like the equivalent of a quick cosmetic flip. For example, the seats were uncomfortable. In general, the vibe felt under-budget and did not support the prices nor quality of food being served. Service was great up to the point where I was told that my card (both visa AND debit) had an issue when it was actually their machine/wifi that had an issue... This was extremely offensive as I had to log into my web banking to show that funds were available. They switched to another machine, and it went through... Imagine if I was brought a client instead of a friend that evening! How embarrassing.

The maitre’d was delightful and the best part of the evening. You can tell it’s in his blood and he knows how to elevate service. The restaurant could be dimmed for better ambience. Also, being in the lobby of the hotel, the openness doesn’t allow for a cozy feel. Decor and location were fantastic. Nice wine list with good food pairings.

The restaurant needs energy! We thought it would be more of a lobby/lounge feel. Energy. People. Music. Noise. Too empty/not enough tables or people to build that energy
