We had a reservation, and had called ahead to make sure there was an indoor table. Emphasis was on table. I was reassured that my “table” was indoors. We arrive at our reservation time and service seats other walk-ins (coming in after us), making us wait for a WHILE in the crowded vestibule. Despite having checked and confirmed our “table” being open. When they do finally bring us to the “table” turns out it’s crammed bar seats looking into the kitchen. They had apparently used our table for 2 to combine with others for a larger party! And moved us to the bar without a heads up! Not a table. Total switcheroo-gotcha-take-it-or-leave-it slick gross vibes from service. Such a bait and switch feeling, no apology from service, and so we had to find another restaurant. Completely unacceptable. Especially given the call-ahead confirmation. Hospitality is callous and frankly (pardon the pun) atrocious. Used to love lil Frankie’s and the rest of Frank’s restaurants. Wish they would turn their service around to what it was pre-covid when you actually felt like a part of the family. Really sad to see happen. Food should be family, and they don’t believe in that any more. Stay away. Also noise level off the charts.

Honestly I never write reviews but we basically didn’t have a waiter, someone took our order and then never checked back in again. They weren’t that busy so it didn’t make much sense, we would’ve ordered more drinks and we had to go inside and ask for the check because no one had been to our table for 2 hours. I still tipped 20% but did not feel like we had good service at all.

Upon arrival we checked in for our reservation on time and they sat us basically in the kitchen - our view was a stack of rolled utensils. This looked like it was thrown together last minute to squeeze us in and the host didn’t even acknowledge it when she brought us there so we asked for a different place to sit down. She said they were overbooked but then tried to seat us outside next to a table of 4 children spitting paper balls at each other so we said we’d continue to wait. The third and final place she offered us was next to the bathroom and my friend that was closest to the door was bumped into the entire night. We had to angle our table away but that caused my back to back into a woman’s elbows at the table next to us. Pretty disappointing experience overall as we didn’t feel like the host cared about the comfort and enjoyment of our night but we weren’t going to ask to move for the 4th time. The food was good and so were the actual waiters.

I’ve been here once before and it was incredible. This time, it felt pretty different. The food wasn’t as good. There were extremely bright lights that they positioned from outside to face inside and were directed at your eyes, blinding you. They also had a very strong smell from kitchen blowing on you so we came out wreaking of the food. I’m hoping to chalk it up to an off night.

we asked to make the lights brighter and the music quieter, it made our dinner much more enjoyable. service was great and the food was very fresh and tasty. great spot to take kids

Food is delicious, wine choices are decent and prices are reasonable. Service is good. The exhaust system is non-existing. The food smell becomes overwhelming and you carry it home with you.

We each ordered the chicken dinner. It was juicy and delicious. The service and ambience is outstanding. We have been here before and ordered the chicken parm dinners. Again, delicious. We will definitely return and of course, recommend dining here.
