So loud our waiter could not hear our order. He was more interested in telling us he had tried everything that he messed up our order. Pizza is much better at the Preston Royal location.

Hostess insisted that our party of 5 plus baby squeeze into a very tight 4 person booth and, at 530pm, the rest of the restaurant was empty! There was a round table for 5 right next to us that she said was reserved for a different party of 6. The party never arrived during our meal, and we were very squished.

A tad loud last night since they had the music up but not typically like that (was hard to visit with our parents ).

No one at the front of the house. Seating chaotic, did not seem well managed or staffed. Server was good, food was above average but not special.

We are regulars at this restaurant. Service was slow and disappointing. Server walked past us multiple times without refilling water or asking if we needed anything.

Food and service is great but we were very disappointed when we booked a reservation with notes for a high chair or booster and then they proceeded to sit us at the very first table with knowing we had a 2 year old and gave our booster to another table without any apologies. They were far from accommodating and it seemed like the manager wouldn’t even make eye contact with us whenever they’d walk by. It was disappointing they weren’t prepared for a busy night because the waiter was so nice and the food is great.

First time visit and loved it! Four of us split a yummy thin crust pizza with our first cocktails then either split an entree or ordered our own. I had the Fifth Avenue salad which was incredible; kale, avocado, hearts of palm, grapefruit, and little pieces of grilled salmon in a citrus vinaigrette- so good! Excited to come back!
