Not the best experience. Reservations were for 6 and we got there for 6, waited 15 mins for a hostess to greet us and another 15 mins to be seated. Yes there was plenty of seating for two and the door way was not busy so not sure why it took 30 mins for me to get seated or even acknowledged. Finally sat down and it took another 5-7 mins for our waitress to collect our order. Everything was a waiting game there, umm I got the fried shrimp dumplings as my appetizer which was good but the dim sum sauce was little to known almost like they were holding the rest. The shrimp linguine was veryyyy salty. Again, to go home it took 15-20 mins for them to collect the payment and even when doing so they over charged me( make sure you check your receipts ALWAYS) I caught it and they corrected. This happened Mother’s Day and the restaurant was busy but not that busy for me to feel and know that they were short staffed. Wouldn’t recommend, they have a lot of room for improvement.

I typically love to eat here, but I also usually eat the Salmon with the udon noodles and for an app I get the bao buns. This has been my fourth time dining here. I ordered the short rib and it came with mashed potatoes the food came out Luke warm and the short rib was salty it wasn’t my best experience here.

The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. The only thing that stopped me from giving the CZEN experience five 5-stars was the grittiness of my bok choy (it was a little offputting). Beyond that, the service was very attentive and the food was so savory. Can't wait to come back and try other items from the menu.

This place needed more staff. There was one girl that seated us and took our order. More people was starting to arrive and she also seated and took their orders. The food most definitely took a while to come out. I can say that the only thing we all enjoyed was the Oxtail Rolls and the Oxtail dumplings. The Oxtail ramen was very spicy. They need to lay off adding too many Thai pepper. The Udon Noodles did not taste at all like Asian style noodles it was more salty. The drinks was ok. The only thing I would come back for is the Oxtail rolls and Oxtail dumplings. To be honest it wasn't worth the price we paid.

Nice off the beaten path spot to get a bite. Red bean soup, mussels in wine sauce, udon noodles & shrimp roll was good. Happy hour drinks were good too. $103 for food & 3 drinks(1 not on happy hr)

My cousins and I held a surprise dinner for my cousin’s 50th party. We had such a great time. The food, drinks, music, and ambiance were unmatched. My cousins and I will be back.

We had a complicated situation with our reservation and the staff handled us with care. Customer service was on point and the food and drinks did not disappoint. We were very pleased and looking forward to trying the NJ location.

The Lychee Martini was worth the price. It tasted really good. I was tipsy with just one. The spicy shrimp and grits 10/10. Customer service 10/10 I’d visit again.

Nice quaint spot. Service is great. Food was delicious. Drinks were a bit pricey desert was definitely overpriced and a very small portion. Overall experience was good. I would recommend this restaurant.

BRING BACK THE STEAMED DUMPLINGS! THE FRIED ARE NOT ITTTTT!!! BRING BACK THE BOK CHOY WITH THE OXTAILSSSS the Broccli medley is TERRIBLE!!!! DRINKS WERE WAYYYY TOOOOOOO STRONG tasted like rubbing alcohol!! Bring back the old bartenders and old servers because idk what’s going on here now!!! This is nothing like what I had last year. They changed so many things and it’s not for the better !!!

It was a rainy day so the restaurant was very quiet and calm, just how I like it. I took my hubby and my kids to the restaurant to celebrate his birthday, so it felt very intimate. The food was AMAZING, the oxtail rolls were delicious and my daughter loved the orange chili chicken wings. The music was nice, not too loud. Overall it was great experience and I would definitely recommend to friends!

Amazing! The energy and hospitality was very warm and welcoming. Food was delish! Especially the Berry Jerk wings. I would go back again and again.

Good vibes with the music. Went for my mom's birthday and would recommend for an older person of the music was a little bit lower but it was great you could actually read the menu without taking out your phone's flashlight. Drinks were good, paid on average, $100 per person.

Wait time to be seated and wait time to eat was too long. Server was extremely nice but the kitchen did not give her the food early enough. Price was high given the portion sizes
