CW's Gin Joint in Downtown Tampa - "Where style and grace have an attitude."
Come join us for an amazing night out with delectable dishes and some of the best craft cocktails around! A speakeasy kind of vibe, with live Music Thursday-Sunday starting at 7pm. Dress to impress!! A business casual dress code is enforced. (No gym clothes, basketball shorts, tank tops, or flip flops)
We offer a full dinner menu, and dining room tables, along with our lounge area if you are getting together for appetizers and cocktails with a few friends.

Food was very mediocre for the cost. The steak was over salted and the fillet was a cheap piece of meat.

Absolutely fabulous! Loved the Ambience and the cocktails were out of this world. Crème Brûlée and Bananas Foster perfection! Service staff caters and leaves you wanting for nothing!!

I see why this place is always booked. I decided to have dinner here for date night. We used valet which is $15, way cheaper than parking across the street. Our reservation was for 8pm, we arrived at 7pm figured we'll have drinks at the bar until our table was ready. To our surprise they had a table ready for us and we were seated early. The service was phenomenal. Our server was fun, attentive and knowledgeable. Drinks were on point, dinner was delicious, we had: Fried Artichokes, Grilled Oysters, Sea Bass- catch of the day, Banana foster and Chocolate cake. Cocktails: Purple Rain, Queen Bee, Rum n coke.The live entertainment, Calvin & Coya, were awesome!! Love the vibe here and will def make this place a regular to visit and bring out of town guests to impress.

Great evening, our server (Jennifer) made great recommendations for drinks. Everyone thoroughly the presentation and the taste of the drinks. The food was fantastic as well. One of my favorite bars in Tampa, was happy that I got to share this place with some newbies and that they enjoyed it as much as I do.

One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had! It was amazing and would definitely come back here again! The Angeled eggs was breakfast themed and it was out of this world! The short rib and white chocolate mousse is a must! Everything was delicious! 10/10! Logan was a wonderful server and he was very attentive and one of the best servers we have met! Can’t wait to come back again!

The lobster Mac and cheese was amazing, rib eye was succulent oh and angeled eggs were delicious! Quest was our server, he was very attentive! 12/10 will definitely be back frequently.

We had been trying to get a reservation at the Gin Joint for weeks. When we finally did, we were not disappointed! Eveything about the exerience at the Gin Joint was great! We plan to go again and again.

Amazing food and experience. As soon as you get in the door they do a great job of creating such a welcoming environment. They greet you right away and open every door for you. Great menu. Best octopus I ever had in my life! Tasted like lobster !!! Highly recommend and my drink was delicious. Dinner for 4 $150!

My wife and I were in Tampa for a wedding and while we were there we made dinner reservations at CW's Gin Joint and we are so glad we did. The service was outstanding and the food was fantastic. Our server Nimah was great !!

CW Does it Right It has been difficult to get a reservation on other visits to downtown Tampa. But it was mid-week and we needed to eat early. We were impressed by the welcoming staff and the speakeasy style of the place. Service was excellent. Cocktails were good, especially the Queen Bee, their riff on a Bee’s Knees. For food we started with the Crispy Artichoke Hearts, lightly fried and accompanied by a delicious dipping sauce. We continued with the French Onion Soup, very good and with a reasonable amount of cheese on top—not the typical pile of stretchy mess. For mains we had Catfish & Grits which was quite nice and the Ribeye which was surprisingly large, well-trimmed and perfectly cooked. We had no room for dessert. Overall, it was an excellent meal with lots of leftovers to be enjoyed later.

Our experience was excellent as always. Our waiter, Nick, is a rockstar and always makes my wife and I feel like the most important people in the room. Our beverages were mixed exactly as expected and we always look forward to our meals.

CW's Gin Joint remains our favorite place to dine, and we had friends who had not dined there before. They'll be back too. The menu stays updated with outstanding choices to make everyone happy each time we go. The cocktail selections are as outstanding as the menu items with knowledgeable waiters to help with suggestions. Looking forward to returning soon with sincere appreciation for phenomenal staff members.

Quest our waiter was great! He was very knowledgeable of all items on the menu. He made excellent recommendations and our evening was great! Food was excellent. Ambience was beautiful, relaxing and easy to have a conversation.

A HIDDEN GEM!!!! Have been trying to snag a reservation here for months and finally got one for the night before our wedding anniversary to celebrate. We loved it! Loved the drinks our waiter recommended, we even loved the gin ones but aren't typically gin drinkers. Loved the food, will be back and can't wait!

absolute unprofessional and unsafe environment after being assaulted in the bathroom management team and security, blew it off and lied about the whole ordeal. After calling the cops and pressing charges not the best establishment do not have your best interest at heart ended up, sneaking out the people who assaulted a different door in lying to the cops. After charges were trying to be pressed with held information that they already knew, and refused to cooperate, very disheartening very disappointed

Great ambience, phenomenal bar/drink selection and unbelievable live-music. Our table had mixed reviews on the food - some great, some overcooked - but overall good food. Unfortunately the service left much to be desired. There was confusion during the order process which left 2/5 people getting entrees and 3/5 remaining entrees never being ordered. Not only were we not able to eat together (as the other 3 entrees came +/- 25 minutes later), but we were charged for the full bill (+$500 dinner). Just shocking at such a fine establishment.

Loved everything!! Our server, Nema, was a sweetheart and so attentive! Our food was delicious and our drinks were so tasty too!! The restaurant itself was such a cool vibe and different than your everyday eatery…it reminded me of a supper club/jazz joint. So fun. I highly recommend.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Ambiance was phenomenal, very spacious yet has a warm cozy atmosphere. Live music and singer pairs well with the Dim lighting perfect for date nights. Cocktails were beautifully crafted, service was top tier. The food was bursting with flavor! C.W. Is now on my favorites list.
