If you like the French version of comfort food this is your place to dine. In this little Carlton bistro I am immediately transported to a bistro in a French neighborhood. Great place for a date night or to bring friends.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food and service were both very good. The atmosphere and location are great.

Nice atmosphere and user friendly PrixFix menus with many options. The Halibut special was incredible.

We are never disappointed when dining at Cuvée! The food is always excellent and the service superb! This restaurant is a great value too! We will continue to choose it for our weekend trips to wine country!

Our early April, 2024 dinner at Cuvee exceeded our expectations in every way. We were greeted at the door and seated graciously. Our shared pate appetizer was a delicious taste of France, followed by beautifully prepared sturgeon and crab dishes. The wine recommended by our host and the shared chocolate dessert were perfect accompaniments. The owner chef who welcomed and served us so kindly made the evening extra special. We look forward to returning!

Best dinner my wife and I have had in Oregon in years! Gilbert is a gem. Can’t wait to return. The sturgeon was exquisite and lamb was cooked perfectly. Also enjoyed the Alsatian pizza.

We love the skill and creativity of this charming French chef! Not only is he fun to talk with, but his food is superb. He operates on the highest level of consideration for his flavors (and pairings with wine), and is so obviously comitted to excellence in everything. In addition to the main menu, he also offers a fun PreFix menu from which we could choose what we'd like for each course. We came away smiling because we had such a wonderful evening there for our anniversary. Magnifique, Monsieur le Chef!
