Excellent service and amazing food! The environment was very relaxed. Cuts is definitely one of the more family friendly steakhouses we have visited. We also loved our waiter and his helper. Everyone was very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure everything was to our liking and that we had everything we needed. This is definitely a restaurant we will continue to dine at and would recommend to anyone looking for a steakhouse that offers delicious food, a warm and comfortable environment, and fantastic service. Also, I would like to add that the live music is a nice touch and really adds to the relaxed vibe of the restaurant.

Super easy and quick to be seated. Our waiter Dee was thoughtful and knowledgeable. The entire staff was attentive and helpful. Food was perfectly created. Would recommend and return.

First time at this restaurant. It was a Wednesday, not fully booked but we had a reservation. We were properly greeted by the hostess and seated in a nice table by the fireplaces. The server, Trudy, was fast and attentive and able to answer our menu questions on the spot. They have a modern and interesting decor, nicely done. It’s fairly quiet, able to carry on a conversation and enjoy the recorded and live music. We both had Filets and they were prepared to the correct doneness. Good flavor on everything. We met the GM, Forrest, and because we were celebrating an anniversary, he came over with champagne. Overall, a very nice experience.

The service was great, our food was great and or drinks were great! But.. The only thing that bothered me is the that the seat cushions in the lower level were extremely dirty. I didn’t even want to sit on them. With light furniture, you have to be very aware of keeping them clean. Maybe switch to a darker color? Don’t get me wrong, I’ll come back , but I’d rather sit somewhere else if they are still looking that way.

We’ve been to cuts several times before and have had great experiences. We brought 2 couples with us this time that had never been and the experience was just ok. Our server was fine but not outstanding like usual. The food was good minus the special sea bass. There were many many bones in it and there was little flavor. For $60 for an entree, I expected something much better. The steaks were good and done well. Just a little disappointing when we brought 2 new couples with us after telling them how good it was and had an average experience.

Great restaurant for a special occasion. The live music on Friday nights is wonderful, the steaks are delicious, and the service is impeccable.
