Very slow service. Also we split a dessert and asked that they cut it for us and put in two plates and they said they wouldn't do that.

We loved it, Salad was terrific, Steaks cooked perfect, Mac and Cheese was just how we like it. Only thing I would change is the date cake. It was ok, nothing special.

The service was terrible , it took 20 minutes just to get drinks. The food was more or less like diner food. My suggestion is to ask Gordon Ramsey for advice .

This place has very good food and service. Just not worth $600 for a party of 2. We had one bottle of Pinot Grigio which was 130. Cheapest steaks around 80. Sides start at 20 dollars each. Buratta appetizer was about 35. As I said food was very good, but not worth all this money. You can find food just as good at better prices elsewhere

Got to Wolfgang Puck and the restaurant wasn’t near full however I was shown to the worst table within the space for some reason. A table right near the cashiers unit where all the staff (at least 6) were congregating. Maybe because I’m not of Caucasian decent I should be grateful. I have to wonder if staff are trained to do this or is it is their choice. Needless to say I asked to be moved to another table which was accommodated begrudgingly. I furiously watched on for the next 3 hours as none of the other tables that that were apparently too good for me were not used. The 1920’s was a long time ago so I know there are black people with money to spend in the Manhattan area. I’m one of them. Anyway, the food was bloody amazing. Everything served for thanksgiving was outstanding so compliments to the chef. Needless to say I won’t be back, I’ll take money elsewhere and you guys can run the place how you see fit.

Wonderful steak house with a lovely bar/lounge separate from the main dining room. Dark, moody, delicious, and modern with some classic touches that remind you it is a steakhouse after all.

This is one special restaurant! It’s a great steak restaurant with a global flair. The “so much more than steak” menu makes it ideal for a date night or a group dinner. The service is top-notch and friendly, and the NYC-vibe makes it a great place to entertain out-of-towners.

Great food and service. Ambience was lacking but restaurant could easily fix. Main issue was couple and two dogs - yes dogs - eating at the table in the middle of the restaurant. If this establishment’s policy is to serve animals, I’ll not be back.

The ambience, the food presentation are good. The service was excellent, and the server was friendly. The food here in general was overpriced, especially the steak. Poor meat quality, hard texture, mislabeled as dry age, and over cooked ok when medium was soecified.

I’ve always loved WGP and been to a few of his restaurants. My colleagues dined there the night before and felt it was overpriced but nonetheless, I wanted to experience Cut and it was my partners birthday. We arrived and the ambience was fine and not that elevated for this type of restaurant experience. We ordered two cocktails that were filled With ice and almost no alcohol. The food overall, was very good however a bit overpriced. $46 for chicken dish and $88 for a steak was a bit high but were good. We asked for a side to complement and the cauliflower was recommended which I don’t believe complemented very well. It was fried and heavy and didn’t complement the steak. The table was sat next to us and were celebrating an anniversary and were served complementary champagne to celebrate which then made me think why weren’t we served something as we too were celebrating a birthday. Our server was really nice however the other wait staff need to be better trained. For a formal restaurant charging these prices, I expect the service to be impeccable especially being a part of the Four Seasons hotel. They may need to further understand service and have a better training. The manager came over to apologize for the drinks and offered us a free dessert which was nice. Overall, I am not that wowed by the experience and I don’t know if the price matches type of dinning venue.

All wonderful, as usual. Although the waitstaff served our party of five all of their sauces, this time I chose not to use any and enjoyed my steak unadorned.

Dining at CUT was a pleasant experience. The food was excellent, I wish they provided actual 'steak' knives and the wait for our order was a bit long. Thank goodness, we were not on a time limit. Lastly, I must mention that their cheesecake selection was OFF the Charts DELICOUS!!
