You will sip on 1oz pours of Rabbit Hole Cavehill, Rabbit Hole Heigold, and Rabbit Hole Dareringer vs Bardstown Origin Series, Bardstown Fusion Series #8, and Bardstown Discovery Series. You will learn different information and facts about each while enjoying two small Chef Signature dishes. Only one distillery shall prevail!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I have been to it more than any other restaurant since it opened (and that goes back 10 years and 2 for Crudo) I was there twice this week. The crudo bowl with the tuna is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. I adore the shrimp salad roll and it's big enough to share. Love the Farrow salad though they are not making it as often. As a tip.. if you are thinking of ordering the crudo bowl, order the Naan bread as soon as you are seated. it takes 10 minutes to arrive. trust me, you will love using it to mop up the wonderful sauce at the base of your crudo bowl.

We have had dinner at the bar 2x in the past 2 weeks and have now pronounced Crudo as our favorite go to restaurant. Every dish we had had has been delicious and we have had one of the towers as well. Jackson is the best when you dine at the bar! Enjoy!

Fantastic Food and better service. Tuna Crudo, Red Snapper Ceviche, and Oysters were wonderful. Also the Wild Boar Paperdelle was delicious. Great wine selection and whiskey bar if you are interested in just a cocktail.
