Loved the pot stickers, and the goat cheese beignets. My nephew also had the sea bass, he put that away quickly. We also had a delightful tuna tartar, and fried calamari and shrimp. Love sharing those "small" plates, easily generous enough to share with 4+, depending on your appetites.

My comments relate to the Mother’s Day Experience only, not regular bar service. Bottom line: the “Experience” was overpriced and under-served with mediocre food. I will unlikely return.

First visit, service was outstanding cheese tray, wine, perfect but if you’re going there to order steak or scallops, you will be disappointed because they’re not a full course dining restaurant, ( not worth the price ) more like what it says a wine bar. For sure, I will be back again and again.

We sat for 30 minutes before a server came and offered us water. It should’ve been a sign and if we were smarter we would’ve left then. Overall, we spent 2.5 hours there for lunch and had to track down a server every step of the way. I am unsure what the true problem was. You know lunch is too long when every individual attending left sun burnt.

Kyle was super nice and very friendly. Our food was outstanding as usual. The short ribs never disappoint. Huge servings. I got three meals out of mine. My husband ordered the filet. It was good. Goat cheese beignets were great and of course the lobster and shrimp potstickers you can never go wrong.

It seems the reservation booking process hit a snag when Open Teable apparently over-booked the restaurant. We were not able to be seated inside, as requested, only after a 30 - 40 min wait. So, we took a table outside, but requested to be moved away from the building corner due to a rather nippy breeze and no heating effect from the outside heaters. Once moved, we had to changed waiters because of a table zoning choice, which had 2 different people working tables both inside and outside. Not very efficient, which caused a bit of a delay with interfacing with the waiter. Despite the occasional delay with the waiter, the service was good and friendly. The Caesar salad was very bland (dressing). I would suspect better from a house-made dressing or even an off-the-shelf brand. I know from experience there are a few very good tasting dressings available. The mussels were very good, though a tad small, in a wonderful garlicky white-wine sauce with nice, warm bread for dipping. The braised short rib was excellent, very well seasoned and tender. Our flights of wine were nice and paired well with the entree/appetizers. Overall, it was a very nice dinner outing with a very nice number of wine selections and wine flight pairings. Just work on that Caesar salad dressing.

Table for four. Restaurant was quite noisy, but manageable. Service was quite good. Our waiter worked really hard and had too many tables. Food was very good. The kitchen forgot my wife’s entree, but cooked it and brought it without charge. Wine list needs updating. Out of my first choice and didn’t think my second choice was in stock either, but managed to find it. Good value. Thanks.

Seems owner of Cru has opened up open table to reservations every 15 min, it’s not possible to get seated in this time. Staff reports guest Waiting for reservations up to 30 to 1 hr on busy nights. Neg: Wait staff doesn’t match the decor or theme, amateurs for the menu and the decor. Plus: Bar tender was GREAT, she was able make great recommendations. A plus on wine offered, food will give a try again, it’s a gem of a spot - but not run to the level it should be.

Took 15 minutes to be greeted by a server. Once we were we got the experience rolling. The first course was never brought out and skipped straight to the second. Didn’t see the server again until he brought the 3rd and main course. Food was good, they comped the wine for the poor service, but at a 70 dollar per head experience price point, expectations were higher.

We had a fabulous time celebrating a friend's birthday. We enjoyed the Antica 2015 Chardonnay (2 bottles!), wagyu meatballs and margherita pizza. Our server Cory checked on us, refilled our glasses, made suggestions and was great overall.

Wine pairings were not great. The mark up is high. Truffle Pizza was a CiCis pizza with truffles. Scallops had no sear, underdone. One triangle piece of cheese on the cheese "platter" not a great date spot if you're taking out a wine and cheese enthusiast. It made me sad. Staff is great though.

I met 5 lady friends for a visit with wine and appetizers. We enjoyed the ability to hear each other and the delicious wine. We were there on Monday from 5-7:30. The server was attentive and food arrived very quickly. We plan to return soon.

We come to brunch on Sunday as a relaxing treat once a month. The blood orange Bellini’s were excellent as was our waitress who was also the bartender. The crab Benedict was tasty as well. Wish they would change up the brunch menu a bit. It’s been the same for over a year.

We went for Sunday Brunch. They were doing a buy one get one free promotion which was wonderful and made it a great bargain. The Carafe's of Mimosa's were also a great deal, so we had 3! The food was good with the exception of the chicken on the salad and sandwich. Both were extremely over cooked and dry. The Crab Cake Benedict was excellent! Our server was great and attentive to our needs.

Our waiter, Kyle, was terrific. Extremely knowledgeable about the wine/cider, helping us to choose what we would like. Which we very much liked. The food was amazing. The pumpkin tortellini was delicious, the braised pork rib as tender as it could possibly get. Wonderful flavor. A beautiful Thanksgiving spread which we were so grateful for. Thank you to the entire Cru team for a very special Thanksgiving!!

The Thanksgiving Dinner was great. The roasted turkey was cooked to perfection. It was moist and very tender. I could actually cut it with a fork. Hadn't had roasted turkey this good since my mother and grandmother stopped cooking the holiday dinner.

The food was AMAZING. My 4 year old was able to enjoy a delicious cheese pizza. I myself had the red glass of The Seeker 21’ Del de France, a Mizo Frizo starter, and The Allen Brither Filet Migon (cooked Med temperature). The meal was cooked PERFECTLY. William was an outstanding guy, whom served us. We will be back. :)

A wine shop was out of three of the wines I originally requested, table outside was very wobbly, menu was weird, pizza had very few ingredients on it, just generally a really poor experience.

Truly a wonderful dining experience. Great wine selection and delicious food makes Cru one of our favorite Friday night date destination. The Gorgonzola and Pear pizza is my favorite and hubby likes the cheese boards. The servers are always friendly and accommodating.

Our server was lovely. Unfortunately it was so loud in there we could barely hear her. Other than that, we were served a complimentary taste of a risotto, it was flavorful and perfect. Our appetizers were equally great, portions were perfect. I had braised short ribs which were so tender I could cut with a fork. My husband had salmon which was cooked to perfection. Finally, our desserts...I had a chocolate dessert which was so amazing and the other dessert was a strawberry creme Brule which my husband said was the best he's ever had!! My wine flight was sipperilicious.

It is one of our normal hangouts because we like the selection of wine, food, and service. This night we went for the restaurant week and loved it. We thought it was a great value in the selection of food. Options with wine pairing was great.
