Here at The Crow's Nest we pride ourselves on delivering a great customer experience. We got in easily but they didn't have our reservation and announced that they no longer use Open Table. Someone from Open Table should contact them and either stop confirming a reservation or restore the account so te customer doesn't get blind sided when they show up on a busy night.

They did not have my open table reservations, But we were lucky that they had a table available. Open table should follow up to make sure they are receiving reservations.

We had a lovely dinner after enjoying a sunset cruise. The food was fresh and well prepared. I had the halibut and cremini mushrooms served over polenta and it was delicious. E ought for two meals. My boyfriend had the seafood fettuccine and he said it was very good.

It was a filthy place, didnt eat in the end due to the terrible hygiene. The toilets were smelly and dirty 1 seat was broken, the other wasn't there and the third toilet was out of order. Sinks were dirty too and couldn't eat there at all. Staff were rude and very unfriendly

There was only one person in the bar. Coke was served from a bottle not the pump and it was flat and warm. There was nobody in the main room only us. Not made to feel welcome. So we walked out
