Crown Republic Gastropub is the place where rustic New American fare meets made from scratch cooking with heart. Our team sources from global food and cultural inspirations, brings and approachable, eclectic culinary experience that guests can't wait to explore. At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. Our chef-driven dishes are served with an expert eye so that our guests can concentrate on what matters most: the friends and family they are dining with. Family is exactly our specialty at Crown Republic; our goal is to make everyone who walks in the door, from our staff to our smiling guests, feel at home. Enjoyed a delicious dinner here! The wine, pasta bolognese, pasta vodka and delicious green salads were served in perfect portions. Our server was outstanding! Brought home some chocolate chip cookie dough for later, also delicious!

Spend your hard earned money here for extremely great food and drinks. We did for the first time because reviews were top star. It’s not hype. Started with their mojito and bourbon expresso martini. It was a grand start. The 7 day preparation of their thick slabs of pastrami is mouthwatering just thinking back at it. We didn’t want it to end. $15 for a kale Caesar salad? Yup, it’s shareable and worth it. Burger is spot on. Add the bacon, it’s slab thick too! We were too full to think about dessert. But we took home chocolate chip cookies. You will too when you see them displayed at hosting. This will be our routine restaurant when we visit Cincinnati. Look out Cameron Mitchell.

Excellent, speedy service especially on a Friday night. We shared a few things and it was all delicious. Spicy Paloma is 10/10.

Lovely restaurant with impeccable service. With an uncrowded menu, there were plenty of offerings for a variety of tastes, even vegetarian. The food service was quick and the plating was appealing. Our only problem was the salmon dish, sadly it was way overcooked and dry, not the medium rare that was requested. Still, that one faux pas would not stop us from returning for another try!

My daughter and I had the pastas of the day. She had the pasta a la vodka and I had the pasta bolognese. Both were very good. Hip, cool vibe. Very friendly server.

Went for anniversary. Great pasta, spicy mixed drink was odd, but honey one was great. Broccoli ok, not spectacular. Great server. Dessert, apple cake, was perfect.
