The view is beautiful. The table settings are gorgeous and the service was great. But everything else was subpar. We were there for their “special Father’s Day brunch.” This was an advertised event that cost more than normal brunch ($100 pp not including alcohol) and included a $55 children’s buffet. We were there with our two year old. When we arrived they didn’t have any high chairs, they just didn’t have them at all. Which is fine I understand nice restaurants often don’t cater to young children. And we never would dream of taking her to dinner there but if a restaurant advertises a special brunch for young children then you expect them to have the basics for children to eat there. She could barely reach the table. Other brunches like this at the Anatole and the Ritz offer high chairs for children. The food did not meet expectations. The strip loin was served well done. The shrimp and sushi were not kept on ice. They were sitting on plates not even under a cool case or anything. The special Cajun turkey was nothing but salt. My entrees was the wagyu croquettes Benedict and other than the Bernaise it was flavorless. My husband had the Wagyu sliders and those were good but not outstanding or enough to make up for every other entree being below expectations. I still cant believe we spent $255 bride tax and tip on a brunch that was not accommodating to children for their Father’s Day celebration (there were families there with infants-teenagers) and had such poor quality of food. I was expecting so much more. The desserts were actually pretty good. But you don’t go to a place like this for dessert.

Went for an early father’s day dinner without the kids, and was our first time at this restaurant. Our waiter was great and answered all our questions that we had and recommended the whole menu!

Was disappointed in seating. Although the reservation was made months ago we were still not seated by the window. Make sure you request seating or this could happen to you. The food was excellent also the service.

The Rip Kap was excellent. My friend and I shared the 3 sides, Flight, and it was fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfect tendernes. The view was breath taking and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

For the price and service the food was average. The macaroni waffles were terrible and it seemed everything had lemon zest, it was completely overdone. But the service and ambiance was out standing.
