It was very busy since it was Mother’s Day but staff all tried their very best to accommodate the long wait. Beautiful setting & drinks were fantastic! I would definitely go back and have lunch or dinner.

Our waiter was either too immature or inexperienced to be on the floor. Food arrived before drinks & we waited 15 minutes to be spoken to.

3 small scallops for 32 with cherry tomatoes was a little pricey. pizza is actually thicker flatbread, salmon was overcooked. the cocktails were very good and the service was exceptional. they need to improve descriptions on the menu.

Not a very good brunch experience overall. Here is why: 1 - Food was spilled all over our table. The server that brought our food barely made an attempt to clean up the mess completely and only did so after after I requested it. Otherwise he was just going to run his dirty rag to clean part of the mess. Luckily food didn’t land on our clothes. 2 - Part of our order was fine (first two items being the kale salad and Bianco pizza). The rest was just “ok” (Salmon Benedict and CA omelette). 3 - After waiting around for my Chimmichurri chicken sandwich, it came out very cold. Was it even properly cooked? No idea but I had to send back to have it remade. I ended up not enjoying the sandwich and just had to take it with me to go because our group had other plans to get to. Just not a pleasant experience. 4 - Service was just ok and at times very slow. Place wasn’t even that busy so not sure why this was the case? It’s a nice looking place, open concept and inviting. However, service, food quality, and experience did not meet expectations for this type of restaurant. Not sure if they are still trying to get their flow in order given it’s a fairly new establishment but not sure I would go back.

We sat outside to enjoy a weekend brunch and the avo toast with egg and the Croque Madame was nicely presented and delicious. The stand out was the service. I regret not catching our server’s name but he struck a nice balance of friendly, genuine and professional service. The ambience is always impressive and because we were outside the noise level wasn’t even noticeable. Would highly recommend it as a brunch venue and we’re looking forward to trying the omelettes next time.

We had an amazing time. The restaurant is beautiful. Starting with the reception area, they were very cordial and professional. Dennis our server was so kind and patient. The food and drinks were great! We will definitely be going back and bringing more friends.

Usually the service is quite good and attentive. This time the service was pretty slow. It was a Wednesday night and not too busy. Our server was very friendly, but left for long periods of time without checking in. The food was also pretty slow coming out. We had put down on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and the hostess asked us when we came if we were celebrating a birthday. However, the server did not acknowledge the birthday and when I asked her, she said Crawfords doesn’t “do”birthdays. I then told the server that the hostess mentioned it on our way in. She then came back and said, “well, we can put a candle on a dessert.” We declined and just sang to my sister (birthday girl) and she pretended to blow out the lamp on the table. It was strange. Especially since we were spending almost $300 on drinks and dinner and weren’t expecting a free dessert. So, I wouldn’t recommend celebrating a birthday at Crawfords.

Our server was so nice and really knew the menu well. I had the strawberry bee cocktail and it was delicious. The meatballs are incredible (a little spicy) and the carnitas tacos were perfect. Highly recommend

My party was sat at the table for 20 minutes and we were not acknowledged. No water no server no nothing. This is the second time I have given this place a chance and the service is just not there. When I spoke to someone who worked there and said we have been waiting they did care. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like this place.

We have been to Crawfords Social 3 times. Each time the food and service were very good. The crowd at the bar seemed to get busier as night grew on. 2 things were disappointing. Our reservation was at 8:15 and we were not called to sit until 8:50. Also, while the bar and wait staff are amazing the hosts are Rude. The last time I was there the hostess told me I was wrong about my seating choice- inside. I made the reservation and specifically requested inside.

I was really looking forward to trying this place ever since it opened. We decided to go there with some friends for my husband's birthday and unfortunately we were fairly disappointed. The service was rough. Our waiter was very friendly and was trying his best, but was not attentive at all. Our drinks took forever to come out - in fact we got our appetizers before our drinks which should not be the case. For what you are paying, the food was not anything special. Very disappointed.

I came once before for brunch. I wouldn’t say that it was outstanding, but it wasn’t awful. My husband and I thought we would invite guest, and try it out for dinner because I thought the design of the restaurant was done really well. Being that it was a new restaurant, we assumed that after looking over the menu that our waiter would also give us the rundown on everything. There were items that you could share or items that you could just get for yourself. One of our guest is vegetarian and it was nice to see that they had a type of olive/veggie plate with hummus. It was an appetizer, but we wanted it served with the rest of the food as a meal. The waiter didn’t really understand and so as my husband was explaining it him, the waiter rolled his eyes. Ok. I get it, maybe it was already a bad night for him… even though it was an early dinner at 5:15. He was not helpful and took a very long time to come and take our order. This restaurant is more of a social place and actually a perfect place for it, but the music is very loud and we had a hard time visiting with our guest. I’m sure they had the Music up because it was a busy place and the it became loud overall, so if you are visiting, I would suggest sitting outside. I can honestly say that the food here is just meh. I’m not kidding. I was disappointed. I’m not a picky eater, but I was not impressed and don’t plan to come back. My assumption would be that this was not an experiences server, and it definitely showed. When I go out to eat, I like to be greeted with kind and courtesy. If this is the service that we get to look forward to, I think I would rather stay and eat at home. Wow. Thanks, but no thanks. Overall fair…Not impressed

The food and patio ambiance are great; however, they always seem to be under-staffed. This is my 3rd visit and 3rd time to get the same, ULTRA slow service! Our server was excellent when we saw her, but she had too many tables and could not provide proper attention to her customers. We were seated for 15 minutes before being approached by anyone (not even water was offered), then our server greeted us and asked if we wanted a drink. After ordering it took another 15-20 minutes for our cocktails to arrive. This is unacceptable service and I fault the management who should staff more servers and bartenders for the “busy” times. We were there on a Friday night 7:30-10pm … and being told the “bar is backed up” and the “kitchen is flooded” is a managerial issue. Our other visits were on weekdays during happy hour and we had the same dang problem with slow service. It’s too bad because the food is very good and the vibe is great, but in my opinion they’ve had enough time to work out the kinks; the first time this happened they had only been opened for a week and I gave them some slack. I just don’t get why a popular new restaurant that seats hundreds would be staffed so poorly??!!! They need to improve their ratios and provide better service.

Unfortunately a service wasn’t good. The server was asked a few times to clean a table of spilled water and it took 20 minutes him to finally clean it. Also table was never cleaned before serving deserts, and we had to ask to bring plates to share deserts for 5 people, which is unexpected in this kind of restaurant.

General manager, Roland Wyatt made sure that felt welcomed & satisfied with location & the type of table we had due to strain limitations expressed by us. He took ownership to address our initial concerns. We’re served by Denise, who was very attentive and pleasant. Everyone in our group appreciated his recommendations Overall it was very enjoyable evening at the wonderful restaurant.

The food was mediocre at best which was the consensus of the four of us. The pizza and bacon wrapped dates were very good, but everything else was lousy. I have been there before for lunch and only had the pizza which I enjoyed but the dinner was a different story and everyone including me said we would never come here again.

We have a fantastic evening out The ambiance created in this social (as the name suggests) environment is a refreshing experience over the conventional dinner restaurant Staff were super friendly and attentive Drinks and shared food were really great too Will most definitely be back

Tried to visit here 3 different times. Unfortunately, had to leave each time before even getting food service because the restaurant is severely understaffed and/or management needs to take better measures to lead servers and create some sort of direction for the employees. Furthermore, on this most recent occasion, hosts were “out of menus” and our entire table had to share a menu … waiter or waitress never showed up after waiting 25 minutes, which prompted our exit. (Not even a glass of water was offered, etc) On another and separate “attempt” I successfully ordered a classic martini( ordered this simply because menus were again “not available “) Unfortunately , it tasted like sprite (which no classic martini should ever taste like). I decided not to stick around to find out what the food tasted like (which I have heard is not stellar). I truly hope things change at this establishment for its own sake. There are so many other well-staffed and glorious establishments in the area with exceptional food , it makes it hard to want to give this place another chance.

Music is incredibly loud, which means guests have to talk loud. Too many pretentious guests. This was our second time. Nothing has changed. More of the same. I’ll eat at any of the other places in the center before I go back to CS. Beautiful building.

Couldn’t wait to try this place… now I wish I had kept waiting. Very cool, upscale vibe which normally for me would override most negatives. Unfortunately the food in my opinion needs a complete overhaul. The best food was our appetizers, crab cakes and an order of meatballs. Crab cakes were very good, meatballs mushy but did have a good taste. Pizza was undercooked and very bland. Sent my pork tacos (very strange preparation) back as it was dry and not anything I was expecting, replaced it with Filet sliders( their most popular) and the filet seemed to have been stewed and very rare and lacking flavor. I ate one and brought the other 2 home for my dog. Caesar salad is a very strange version that includes red onion and some type of bread crumbs(not croutons). The old saying if at first u don’t succeed try again is nothing I’m willing to give a second try!

The place is beautiful....however, they ran out of about 5 items which was very disappointing. First time there....can't understand how a popular restaurant like this would run out of so many items. And to make matters worse, the salmon poke was frozen. Not in a rush to go back.

Service needs a lot of work. Our appetizers came out before we had our drinks or water. They brought dessert before any of our empty dinner plates were cleared. No one checked on us after our food was delivered. Most likely won’t be back.

Great cocktails, nice bar scene, nicely appointed restaurant. Sat just outside the bar area but inside. Long couch/booth seating across from regular chairs. The couch/booth was very very uncomfortable, too low for a lady or shorter man. Several customers asked to be reseated. We told the manager just as an fyi and she didn’t seem particularly interested. Very good filet sliders and halibut crudo with crunchy capers (cool dish). Very well balanced cocktails.

Food subpar… ribs couldn’t chew, salmon flavorless, tuna appetizer fishy taste. Scallops were not served fresh.

Had a great time, food and drinks were great. Have to try brussel sprouts and meat balls. It was a cool evening and we were very comfortable on the patio, the surrounding heaters kept us toasty we didn't need to turn on ours. Awesome place and when summer comes, you won't find a seat.
