Excellent food and service. Charges a nearly 5% surcharge as a penalty for eating here. Sushi is nearly double the price of other places we eat excellent sushi (Nigiri).

Adrian was our server. He was polite and very attentive. He knew the menu and was helpful in helping my mother-in-law understand the menu and a particular item which she ordered and enjoyed.

We love Crave for special occasions. We were there for Mother's Day, and they had an all-you-can-eat brunch but you could also order off the menu, which we did. When we make a reservation, we typically ask for specific seating and our requests always been respected. The food was excellent, as was the service. The ambiance is wonderful--so much light and space. It's not a cheap place to eat--but that's to be expected considering the quality. We had an excellent experience.

Friendly servers and good food! We ate their twice in 2 days with numerous other options, so that speaks to our enjoyment. It can get incredibly loud, but the beauty of the space makes it worth it.

The restaurant was as described. I did request a lake view table and we were seated inside the center restaurant. However the food and presentation were amazing. The waitress was wonderful and answered all our questions.

My wife had Ahi and a roll while I had the filet. Both were excellent. First trip to Rochester and we would go back and return to CRAVE.

Very good service. We like to eat in the bar area dining because it’s a little quieter than the upstairs dining area. Food was very good with the exception that I ordered my NY Strip steak medium / rare and it came medium ( no pink or rare to be found ! ) it was tasty but overcooked. Great service !!

My salmon enter was fresh, cooked just right, served on a bed of quinoa and arugula . My husband had the chicken stir fry . Chicken was tender, lots of vegetables in a delicious sauce. Our waitress was very nice and so was the help.

My last 2 visits this spring were disappointing. I have had good experiences in the past, but that was a number of years ago. I find the atrium area to be impossible to hold a conversation in and I should have specified to be in the other room when I made the reservation. The prices have gone up significantly. I do understand that they prices have increased everywhere, however, over $150 dollars, before the tip, for 4 people, no beverages and average food seems excessive. My food the last two visits has been meh. The walleye, although a large portion was "fishy" tasting for walleye and could have used more seasoning. The potatoes were fairly flavorless. The asparagus was good and my husband enjoyed the carrots from his meal. He said the same about the mashed potatoes. We did appreciate that they were "real potatoes". My sister enjoyed her salmon piccata. I had to send back the chilean sea bass at the visit before this one. That was a business dinner that I didn't pay for. As a result of my last 2 visits I don't plan on returning and sadly would not recommend the restaurant to others. I am not sure why the food quality has gone down. I will say that It is a pretty restaurant and our service was good this visit and stellar at the previous one.

I made a reservation for a table next to the window for a birthday celebration. We ate here last week and was told we had to request a window table if we wanted one. Same hostess, Alliana is very unpleasant to even have at your restaurant to seat people. She’s the most unfriendly person - second attempt at dining here and no we won’t be back

Service was not great with the waitress very delayed from coming to us- steak was over cooked - asked for medium and was beyond well done. Produce not fresh- dessert not fresh. Somewhat stale. We won’t return. Hostess staff very nice.

The food and our server were both excellent. The hostess that showed us to our table was very unfriendly and seemed unhappy and unpleasant. We had asked her if we could have a table next to the window and she said no those are reserved ahead of time. We arrived at 5:30PM, when we were getting ready to leave, at 7pm the table still was empty. The restaurant was not very busy and we found it very rude of the interaction of the hostess.

A friend and I did dinner before going to the Symphony. The service is great and timing of drinks and food worked out well. The sushi is always very nice quality and nice variety of flavors. We did the Tuna Lovers platter and every roll was interesting and delicious. I do like their menu because it has great variety and their wine lists wines as to taste, “slightly sweet, bold, etc”. The ambience is nice in both the skylight and bar areas. Although slightly more noisy,I do prefer the all windows/skylight area for the natural lighting and better views. Crave is a great place for a nice evening out.

Crave was again, AWESOME! Our son joined us for lunch at an our basketball tournament, and we of course got the firecracker shrimp appetizer! He of course requested an additional firecracker shrimp app because it was so delicious, but we hadn't even had our lunch yet, so we had to deny his request. It is our favorite appetizer, and our lunch was also fabulous!!! Thank You!

It’s a little pricey so it’s not a every night or even once a week type of place but for holidays events and celebrations it a very classy place to enjoy so well prepared food is a charming atmosphere and with top notch staff and service!

The food was excellent; well made and very fresh. The drinks are even better. In the past the service was excellent but this time we were rushed by server.

We had the nicest server the day we visited. She was very pleasant and attended to our needs very quickly. The food was good but disappointed the pasta did not come with any bread but my pasta filled me up. I had the lobster mac & cheese and they did not skimp on the lobster. A nice surprise. I was surprised by the natural lighting. A very pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely go back.

We loved the food and excellent service! I especially loved that our separate sushi orders came in one platter to share.

This is my second time coming to Rochester to visit Mayo. It is truly a blessing to have such a wonderful place to dine when you are stressed out about your loved one's upcoming medical appts. The food is second to none. Staff is the best. We stayed at Hotel Indigo both times & so nice to eat right in the hotel - not going out into the cold! :)
