Went for Mother’s Day brunch. The food was great. Service was okay. They charged me $20 for my 1yr old daughter for the brunch buffet….i was very surprised by that. They also added my 1 year old old daughter as the 8th person in our group so they added gratuity onto the bill of 20%. I’m always a 20% tipper but not on brunch buffet when the servers don’t do much. And I had to keep asking for coffee refills. Won’t be going back for brunch again.

My husband and I both ordered steaks. They were very good sized and cooked exactly the way we wanted them. We had enough to take home for a complete meal the next day. The one thing I noticed, having not been to Crave for several months, was that the attire worn by many diners has gotten extremely casual, like what you would wear to a fast-food restaurant. Baseball caps, short shorts, flip flops, tee shirts, etc. I used to think that Crave was a place where one might dress a bit nicer, especially on a Saturday night. Guess not!

Everything was good and has become a place for my family to go for birthdays. We were sat right next to a glass wine display case which was displaying bottles. It was also displaying and open empty box, random misplaced glassware, trash, a stroller, and was dusty and dirty. This is a prominently placed display case with tables right next to it on two sides and a main walkway on one end. It was essentially being used as a glass storage closet right in the middle of a higher end restaurant. It’s disappointing to drop $300 when the management doesn’t care to pay attention to obvious presentation details and doesn’t take pride in appreance. It’s time to take few employees and do some tidying.

Food was delicious . They split the prime rib and walleye for us in the kitchen so we could have some of each. Katie the waitress was set on making our friends 50 th wedding anniversary very special w a free choice of dessert she put a torch sparkler in. Highly recommend

Food was excellent! All 3 dishes arrived as described. They were hot & melted in your mouth. Speed of service was slow. We waited 25 minutes before we were able to place an appetizer order. Same with dinner, we had to flag the server down to take our order. This could have been better.

I ordered the same meal I had in December because I thought at that time is was wonderful. It was spicier this time so I wasn't as pleased. The meat was sitting in more sauce this time, the serving plate was smaller too. Could have been the time difference. We ate at an earlier time (lunch) rather than dinner.

A simple afternoon business meeting (with appetizers and wine). Kayla - GREAT service and appropriately attentive (let us focus on business while still being a great and attentive server). She left and turned us over to the bar tender. We never saw him - and had to find him to pay up/leave. My guest and I commented on how different it was once Kayla left. Kayla - great; the bar tender - no idea what his name was or why we had to track him down. Awkward at the end.

Six of us all enjoyed our delicious dinners! Service was very good. It's a beautiful restaurant. A little noisy, but not overly noisy. We will definitely go back, and highly recommend for others! Looking forward to their rooftop dinning this summer!!

My first time visiting Crave in Maple Grove and my last. We ordered from the Restaurant week menu. My party had ordered all three options available. No one liked their selection. I ordered the steak option and it was the toughest and chewiest piece of meat I have ever had. I didn’t complain but looking back i should have. We did ordered the truffle fries which I heard were amazing and that didn’t disappoint.

Not a fan of the food had the send back the tartar - somehow they marinate it in spices and sherry vinegar which cooks the meat and turns it grey and cold. Don’t get it. Why do this MN? Also the cucumber martini were so sweet like college drink we had to send back. Apparently this is a chain owned by Disney? What I did appreciate is that they ended up letting me order a glass of Prosecco and I ordered the burger and they didn’t mess the burger up.

We miss getting a very good steak at Crave. However, both the sea bass and walleye were excellent and we were pleased with our meal. The bourbon flight is not listed on the menu, but you can still order it! Yum!

Food was pathetic, they had special menu for Valentine’s Day which hardly had any options. If they are doing so they should mention that on their website so we decide not to go. Food was pathetic. 1 dish they served literally nothing in it. No salt, no paper, no spice nothing . Inspite of asking for spices they were never served. On top of that waiter was totally frustrated due to their management issues and was literally yelling at us when we complained.

i went there with my girlfriend on valentine’s day, i made a reservation weeks before and the staff even called me to make sure that i was going to continue with my reservation. no one told me that on valentine’s day you guys offer only a specific menu that’s not the regular menu. i was expecting the normal menu which has options for everyone. everything on the menu that was offered was expensive and just didn’t look that good. i was definitely disappointed, especially since i payed for 2 strawberry lemonades and they were $20 together?! when i told the server we were going to leave after we finished our lemonades she was very rude. overall just really disappointed.

Lemon garlic chicken entree was tasty, and the portion size was appropriate (two medium-sized pieces of chicken breast). However, the mushroom fettuccine entree was disappointing. Small amount of pasta for the $21 base price. We added shrimp (a $10 upgrade), but only 4 shrimp were included. In addition, the noodles seemed sticky, as if they had been sitting under a warming lamp for a while. One should be able to count on more (quantity and quality) when paying $31 for a pasta dish.

My husband and I are foodies and we love to come to crave, but we’ve recognized that the value isn’t there for the amount of money you pay for the food and the product that comes out to the table. I know that potatoes should be al dente but our potatoes were rockhard they were not cooked so we did let Management know. Management, of course, came over and always is eager to take care of things, but it just isn’t worth the value. The steak and potatoes that we had we could’ve cooked better at home. And I don’t say that lightly there’s been a lot of good dishes, but it seems that crave is just really good at maybe a Asian flare but not so good at the American food like steaks and potatoes. We can get an excellent product at Boulevard or Redstone, when it comes to those items but not at Crave.
