We have gone to Crave many times and usually have a good experience. While we do think they're overpriced ($42 for a bottle of wine that usually costs $20 or less from our local store is quite the mark up), the service is always good and we enjoy their menu. This time, was unfortunately less than pleasant. We were served crab cakes that were lukewarm (if even) and seemed really mushy and possibly undercooked. We also ordered Nigiri that wasn't quite right either - my husband forced himself to eat one, but left the other untouched. When the entrees came, the fish dish one of us ordered had a good sear, but again, seemed slightly undercooked. We left feeling a little discouraged, but at least the wine, the burger entree, and the dessert were good. Just frustrating to pay for 3 other dishes that weren't up to the standard they should have been.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Had a lunch there previous week that was a great experience, so we thought we'd try it again. Valentines Day dinner date, very busy night. Four very friendly hostesses were flying around, seating and updating dining status for each table. All wore lovely evening attire. With reservations, we were seated within 5 minutes. Manager in a sport coat was actively moving through the entire house. Our server Payton was professional, friendly, and efficient. The food was exceptional. Walleye was flaky and not "fishy"--first time anywhere my wife has not asked for tartar sauce. My filet was done to perfection, medium-rare center with a wonderful charred crust.
