Brunch menu posted on Open Table was not available anymore and they only had a $45 brunch buffet. Wagyu burger was crispy and overdone on the outside, and red in the middle. I ordered medium. It tastes like a charred burger. We were there to celebrate Mother’s Day, and after bringing this to the attention of our waitress and manager, we were offered an apology. We will not dine here again.

Our sushi and drinks were great! Unfortunately, the prime rib was not as we’d hoped with very little flavor and instead of Au jus, we received what was like a gravy. The fish was also very fishy and seemed deep fried. The lobster Mac and cheese was also not the greatest, very dry with little sauce and 3 small pieces of lobster. We’ve have ate at Crave before at the Maple Grove location. Unfortunately the Eden Prairie location does not compare…We will not be returning to this one any time soon.

Food is always predictably good, but the service not nearly as efficient as we've experienced before. We had two different people trying to deliver incorrect orders to us, and then one of our orders wasn't correct.

Crave has slid a bit. Service was slow and had to wait 20 minutes eve with reservation. Instead of a nice table for two was put at a table for six in the family section. So much for romantic birthday ambiance.

Dinners at Crave is always a treat whether with just 2 of us or a bunch of friends/family. The staff is simply amazing. We feel at home there. The food is consistently good and the choices are beyond amazing. There truly is something for everyone and their dietary needs.

For a quiet Wednesday Evening, the ambiance was perfect and the staff was quite attentive! They were not concerned with the length of time we occupied the booth, which was probably in part due to it being a fairly quiet evening. The food was very tasteful and their vegetarian/vegan menus offered more than most restaurants, which was a big plus!

Hailey our server was great including the staff who helped us at the entrance to the Eden prairie location at 5 pm. I would recommend to others and dine again when my schedule is open.

They didn’t honor our reservation time, had to wait additional 20 minutes. The carpets were filthy with food and waste. It was definitely not a great experience.

We went for the Easter brunch which was delicious, plus our waiter David was excellent. He’s been working there over 8 years which speaks volumes in hospitality these days, must be a great place to work. Between the food and the service, we will be back!

This was a SAD excuse for an Easter brunch. We had an early time and the food was already cold. The BYO yogurt was premade in a truffle bowl with no dishes to actually have any. The meat was tough and COLD. The New York cheesecake with various toppings were pre-made purchased desserts — as was much of the dessert table. The orange juice they served was sour and seemed to be spoiled. I’ve had a MUCH better buffet for free at a hotel — sad! Not to mention we were charged for an adult ($45) for our child.

The service was very good but our food was just okay for taste. The New York Strip was medium rare instead of medium well and not hot when it came to the table. The Steak Frites was not flavorful. An okay experience overall.

Four of us ate dinner at this Eden Prairie location. Overall, our experience was good. Two of us had their sushi. We were both happy with our sushi experience. One had a pasta and chicken dish which she enjoyed. One had a hamburger which he enjoyed. A couple items… 3 of us had our dishes in front of us for 4 or 5 minutes. We needed to flag down our waitress to ask about the hamburger. When we got our bill, there was a 5% surcharge. I’m sure it said something about that on the menu in small print. The whole surcharge thing bothers me. Should be baking that figure in to the prices. This method of extracting more from the customer seems deceptive.

Fantastic evening connecting with some good friends! I requested comfy booth directly behind bar and staff delivered. Sushi was great, Brussels sprouts, GF chicken wings and old fashion cocktail were all great. Our server Scott is fantastic at his craft!

Very nice ambience, decorated for Valentine's Day with balloons and pink. My husband had a sushi roll and really enjoyed it. I had walleye. I thought it was a little too brown and slightly overcooked, but still tasted good.

The service was very good as well as the staff coming and checking on you but the food was below expectations. So the value wasn’t worth the time. Gordon Ramsey has better burgers and less pricey

I was disappointed that they couldn’t find my loyalty card to get my points. I left my card at home but they couldn’t find it with my phone number!😗. Haley, our server, was very helpful and tried. She told me to hold on to my receipt and call.

We like the atmosphere at Crave Eden Prairie. This time, we had to wait almost 10 minutes after being seated for the server to greet us and bring water. My husband’s wedge salad was great. My son ordered the pork belly appetizer special and it was very dry. We both ordered the caprese flatbread and it was supposed to have arugula on it, but they put spinach instead. I mentioned it to the server, and she said I could order something else, but by that time, we were hungry. It was also supposed to have basil, and had one piece of basil on the whole thing. My other son ordered a burger and said it was good. The fries were great. Overall, it was a mediocre meal.
