Rencontrez Jimmy et Lasinda, ils ont trois enfants - Connor, Niko et Brittany et vivent à Highlands Ranch. Depuis les 20 dernières années, Jimmy et Lasinda ont bâti leur famille et leur carrière dans le secteur de la restauration. We were quite disappointed to not get a seat where we had requested. On our online reservation, it asked if we wanted to sit on the heated patio. We were excited to reserve the heated patio. We have been here several times and after the last time we dined we decided that next time we came we wanted to sit on the outdoor patio due it's unique ambiance. However, when we arrived the hostess told us that the patio was not available (even though it looked available to us). She was not very friendly. She also said she would seat us in a quiet location. However, after we were seated, they sat several other parties very, very close to us (despite other portions of the restaurant being empty) and it was very noisy and claustrophobic. The food tasted good and service was quick, but the ambience failed to meet our expectations.

I had not been here in a few years. The food and service were both good. I had reserved the inside dining area and we were placed on the enclosed patio. Unfortunately, there was a group of 20 in that area and they were shrieking amongst themselves from table to table. The other small tables in there were commiserating with each other. I couldn’t talk to my husband across the table. I think the concrete along with the screaming made the noise so much worse. I regret not leaving when we sat down and realized. I don’t think these tables and the noise was the restaurant’s fault but I do wish since we were not seated in the area I had reserved and the restaurant knew this group was so loud, they had offered us the option of waiting for a table in the dining room. We have been out of the restaurant for over an hour and our ears are still ringing.

I had the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and baked ziti as the main course. Both were delicious. My wife had the penne a la vodka. She also liked it. Our server Britney was great. Took our orders promptly and came by several times to check if we needed anything.

Took my wife to Ctanelli's for mother's day. She had the chicken parmesan and I had a pizza. Food was excellent and service was attentive. Would eat here again.

They crammed so many people into the restaurant we were literally sharing a table with people next to us. It was so loud and the cooks couldn’t keep up - so much garlic in both meals, couldn’t even finish. Very disappointed for a Mother’s Day reservation.

Everyone enjoyed their dinner except the person who ordered gluten free pasta. Not sure it was gluten free because they were sick after. I would recommend but be careful if you have any gluten intolerance.

my wife and I have dined here at least 20 times and have brought family members several times. We have always had a great experience with the staff and the owners. The food is always great. Likely one of the best Italian restaurants if not the best in the area. Definitely a place worth trying. There is a small bar so drinks are available. It’s a fairly small place so the weekends get crazy and reservations are required. The parking lot is on the ridiculous side, but there is a big parking lot across the street and a slight game of Frogger will get you to the restaurant. Prices are a little on the high side, but to be expected for a nice restaurant. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked with extra items.

The food was excellent. The garlic knots and linguine and clams are a must to try! Noah was an amazing waiter, very attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

Great menu and quality of food. I was a little taken back, however, about two things: -not friendly when it comes to my birthday; the hostess didn't acknowledge and then the server charged us for the full dessert price. -I had paid with a credit card then noted that I actually had a gift card that I wanted to use; the server said she'd have to get a manager to void the transaction. I thought that's what she was going to do - wouldn't any server once I had mentioned that? She never helped with that transaction.

We were placed in an outside tent right next to a portable blast furnace. It was very hot and humid in there. I was soaked with sweat! The food was fair. I prefer Via Baci 5:1 over Cranellis. The owner didn’t even mention “ How can we make this right”. It also took 20 minutes to get our check. I still left a 20% tip minus tax.

WOW! I feel God smacked to receive this review...Mark, you, myself & your wife had a huge conversation about your reservation & your sitting close to the heater for the patio. I'm just really hurt that you left this review, after such a lengthy conversation, of which you stated how ok you were with it, & completely understood that the reason we sat you on the patio in the first place, was due to your OpenTable booked notes that said you wanted the Heated Covered Patio. You state that I didn't event say something about making it right, yet we had an entire conversation about why you were seated out there & I truly thought you guys were ok. Yesterday was lousy weather, which made it humid. Why does it have to be like this Mark, you paint an inaccurate pic Mark, not nice. Lasinda

It’s always a treat to have a meal, but service was not at its best. At the start we requested to not be seated in front of a a window with sun coming in. But the hostess just pulled the shades, which did not help. We eventually had to request another table, as we got too overheated. We were moved, and it was better. The service was extremely slow and we had to ask for water each time. The food was unfortunately very heavy on the garlic - which is usually not this overdone- and unfortunately difficult to enjoy.

Very popular place. We ordered the lobster ravioli and it was great! Along with the knots, of course which we always order. The waitress was great and accommodating. Cannolli for dessert topped it off.

I have eaten here many times and really enjoy Cranelli’s. Our food was great as always, but last night our server was a bit slow. We waited a while for drinks and when we asked for a desert menu, she asked if we saved room for coffee or desert :)

Great food and service. A bit noisy but that’s the case with Italian restaurants all over the world. Owners are very much hands on management style which leads to good service. Friendly and appreciative staff.

It is always an experience at Cranellis. Have been going there for at least 7 years and it was good then and it has only gotten better now. It’s a little noisy but it just shows how much fun and enjoyment the patrons are having. The food is great and the specials are creative, and the wine selection is top shelf! One of my very very favorite dining spots! Will be for many more years..

I would not describe the noise level as energetic. I would use painfully loud, almost to the point of not being able to carry on a conversation at our table. Sound abatement is available and cheap with the ceilings at this location
