We are huge fans of this restaurant and often bring out of town guests here as a treat but tonight we didn't have the same experience as we typically do. We were seated quickly and drink orders were taken. A few minutes later we ordered a few appetizers. The non-alcoholic drinks were delivered quickly but our bar order arrived AFTER our appetizers. The Spinach Dip was delicious as were the Stuffed Mushrooms. When our entrees arrived, they were also slightly disappointing for a few guests. I ordered Coconut Shrimp as an entree and it was burnt, Instead of the outside being golden brown, most of it was black and burned. My husband ordered Fish N Chips and Steak Fries. He had the opposite problem from me. The fries and Fish were soggy instead of crisp and hot. It seemed they had been sitting too long perhaps. The flavor was fine but not the usual we receive from this restaurant. Neither of us wanted to send the food back because we had brought a friend from out of town and she was enjoying her Salmon Bowl. Hopefully, it was just a one time situation in the kitchen. We love Craftway Kitchen and will be back. Writing this off as a onetime issue.

My wife and I love Craftway Kitchen and it has been our spontaneous "go to" neighborhood restaurant since it first opened. (Highly recommend advance reservations.) weekends and even for same day on Monday-Thursday. Please don't mistake the unassuming strip center location for just another neighborhood restaurant. This is where Craftway excels while others fall short. From the hostess stand on the service focused culture is evident. The staff are genuinely happy, engaged thus adding to a great experience. The food quality is exceptional and on-par with the perceived "finer dining" establishments. The diverse menu has something for every diner and at all prices. We recommend the blue cheese chips, candied bacon and calamari as starters. All the sandwiches are great and the cajun pasta, filet and ribs are faves as well. And if you can't get a table try sitting at the bar and meet your wonderful neighbors!
