Drawing upon the rich history of Milwaukee’s craftsmanship we present, Craft. The history of Milwaukee dates to the early 17th and 18th centuries when traders first began to travel through and eventually settle in what is now Milwaukee. Deep European roots brought craftsmen and skilled hands to the area and to this day an ethic of hard work and determination inhabits the spirit of the city. Early on the area was full of coopers, butchers, shoemakers, and farmers. Milwaukee’s beer history started in the 1840’s, driven by the presence of the frontier settlement near the Great Lakes. Immigrants, including Welsh and German settlers, yearned for the native beers of their homelands, so they embarked on making delicious craft beer with techniques from their native countries. Craft features a cuisine including locally sourced foods, hand crafted cocktails, and a vast selection of local beer.

Nice space on the first floor of the hotel. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Nice server. Good wine pour. Flavorful burgers. A little longer wait for the check. Overall a nice late afternoon lunch.

The atmosphere overall is amazing.It's a beautiful location. The food was delicious and at a good price point for the amount. Our waitress while good could have been more attentive to our table. They could also benefit from a mixologist at the bar. The drinks at that price point should be made correctly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go back again.

Our waiter was quick and attentive. We had the charcuterie board as an app, and the salmon for our main. That salmon was cooked to perfection, as were the sides. Our waiter ensured that we were out with plenty of time to get to our seats by tip off. This is my favorite place to go before a bucks game.

Excellent service and food. We ordered the Friday fish fry (cod) and tomahawk pork chop. Both were excellent, very well prepared and healthy portions. The bar has a good selection of beers on tap and top shelf liquor. The restaurant is in the Trade Hotel (very nice place to stay) with high ceilings so a little noisy and hard to hear. Would definitely recommend.

We had dinner before the Andrea Bocelli concert. Convenient location. Yummy food. Great service. Lots of conversation around us as one would expect. We will be back.

Very busy with event next door. Great vibe. Great cheese curds, tomahawk pork chop and salmon prepared perfectly! Highly recommend.
