CRAFTkitchen in Henderson, Las Vegas, known as a popular local brunch spot is now featuring dinner. This After Hours restaurant experience is in the newly expanded area with full bar. It now offers guests carefully selected wines and a curated cocktail program. The dining room is spacious and open. It is decorated with a combination of wood table, bar, and booth seating, trendy brick and contemporary artwork with hanging plants. Menu items include freshly baked focaccia stuffed with ricotta, polenta tots, fresh papparadelle short rib pasta, miso glazed seabass, crispy pork belly lettuce wraps, chimichurri steak, and Chef Blinn's classic warm butter toffee cake.

Third time at this restaurant in 3 wks. Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere! I hear there are some new menu items coming. Cant' wait!

First time we visited for dinner. My cucumber cocktail was flavorful and well balanced. The food was creative and delicious, especially loved the tartare. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. It’s awesome to have such a special restaurant in Henderson. Reminded me of Sparrow + Wolf or Esther’s Kitchen but on this side of town.

First time visiting for dinner. Menu and cocktails were excellent. The chef surprised with an extra dessert. Will certainly return

What a great place for a nice relaxing dinner! Food was amazing, cooked perfectly with beautiful presentation. Highly recommended! 😌

Small portions overpriced. We were told from the waitress that it was a family style restaurant. The portions weren’t enough for two let alone four people. They don’t even bring out rolls or bread. But when we leave the restaurant and two of the people are still hungry.

Super slow service. We had reservations for 4 at 6p. They said it's family style, but it was more like "courses" since the tables are so small they can't bring more than 2 plates at once. We didn't end up getting our "last course" until 830p. Very weird experience. Food was OK though.
