With all the reviews on yelp, I had to try this place out but it was a joke. It was a Saturday around 6 and not busy at all. That was a sign to turn around. Walked in. Was greeted. Then went to our table. Serve came around asking for drinks. Ordered drinks. Drinks came. Drink spilled on the table. We waved him down as it was about to spill on us and the ground, instead he was telling us how often that happens and not bringing a towel… FINALLY got a napkins, left it at the table and he was gone. We didn’t see him for 10-15 mins. The table was sticky and our food was coming out but no utensils. So now wait for that… oh he finally came out with the towel to clean the table. This was 5 mins after we were waiting for utensils and our food has now been getting cold. My salad was one with strawberries (the berries were about a day or two old, they were cut and you can tell) the lettuce was old and I was picking at it. The dressing was also old to the point all I tasted was vinegar. The baked potato was a fully loaded one and there was not enough sour cream, meat or cheese in it. It was extremely dry, and the baked potato needed to be baked some more. I just was in disbelief how bad everything was. The server was so nice but I don’t get it. They were not busy at all, and service was so bad! Food was bad. I don’t think I can even try to go back to give this place another chance.

There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and yet it still seemed like it took forever to get a server to help us. The food was okay at best. For lunch service, they had no short ribs. Since I was taking my employees out, I was hoping for a better experience. Probably in the evening when there are more people there, the restaurant probably runs better. I am not sure if I would go there again. With food costs being so expensive, these days it's hard to give a restaurant a second chance.

The food was amazing, so many good selections. The drinks were awesome!! The service was outstanding. We had a party of 12 and every single guest in my party loved their food and the service. We were celebrating my nephew’s college graduation and everyone who served us acknowledged his accomplishment!!! He felt so honored by the attention. Last but not least our waitress “Julia” was poised, professional and committed to providing quality service and she did an amazing job 👏🏽👏🏽. She’s a keeper

Won’t be going back. Please update your menu online and brisket or beef tacos the meat has to be very tender to serve as a taco meat

Really great food and experience. Service was a little slow, but not horrible—they recognized it and made up for it. Complimentary appetizers were amazing. Highly recommend to try it out if you like good barbecue.

630 PM on a Friday. Right before the dinner rush Sat quickly when greeted by the friendly host and was very accommodating with our baby with stroller Coconut shrimp tasted great Tri tip was outstanding. Brussel sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes for the sides. Fantastic as well Staff was so friendly and even capped off our night with the charcoal infused ice cream. Can’t wait to go back

Service was terrible. Food was cold and dry. I’m never coming here again, the make matters worst the price is expensive.

I made a reservation for this place around 6:30pm on a Saturday eve, my friend and I were leaving the renaissance faire and starving! We parked and walked all the way through the mall (make sure to park right outside of this restaurant and save yourself a 10 minute walk) And found our way here. The decor/ ambiance is like an elevated pub, the host was nice and seated us right away. Our server was very busy, there was a ton of parties and tables in our section. Being super thirsty my friend and I ordered iced tea and drank a few! Props to the server for refilling as fast as they could. For food… we both wanted bbq chicken salads and they were just ok. We added avocado but it was just not hitting.. we also waited 45 minutes for our salads. The server brought over a complimentary nachos to try and hold us over but it was very strange. Pickles, cheese, bbq sauce, not a combination I would have put together. I’m sure if we came another time and had drinks and ordered something else we would be happier. We just wanted a gluten free meal and we weren’t thrilled with the very long wait. I understand the kitchen being backed up and busy, so I don’t blame the restaurant. But maybe don’t offer reservation times if you’re already at capacity!

Service slow and food was served cold. One of the members of the party did not get food with the rest of the group and the food was not expedited. Bad experience. No one from Management came to speak with us. Would not recommend or Return.

My favorite thing about Craft is that they have a vegan option, most meat-heavy places don’t. Their Rudy’s Vegan is delicious, and I’d go back just for that, but, unfortunately, the service continues to be way too slow (if you’re seeing a movie after, allow at least an hour and an half!). It took 25 minutes to get the drinks, and another 20 for the food. My partner’s baked potato was cold and he had to send it back (and they almost charged us twice for it—glad we looked at the check!). The servers are very sweet and they even gave us couple of free shots, but I’m hoping they get it together soon.
