Cocktails were reasonably priced and delicious! For Mother’s Day they had a buffet that was $60 per person. This was not advertised on their website so we did not know that regular menu would not be available. The price of the buffet was not of value in comparison to the food.

We had the Sunday brunch buffet. We had a reservation at 10am but they were not ready and would not let us in until 10:15. The food was tasty but a lot of it was cold. For $250 for four of us with tip, it wasn't worth it.

First time to visit and I was not disappointed. Our server was great and the bubbly sumptuous. My friend and I shared the apricot/ goat cheese flatbread and we both got salads. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been here before for dinner and it was very good. This visit was for Easter Brunch. It was quite a spread! The food was delicious and there were plenty of options. I would highly recommend this for any special occasion.

Visited a couple years ago and the noise level was too much. Pleasantly surprised the noise level was minimal and everything from the drinks to the food and service was great! Beautiful setting as well.

Nice atmosphere for our anniversary, and the food and wine selections great! For starters we recommend the pear and prosciutto flatbread, next the pecan crusted goat cheese salad, and for the main courses the double crisped chicken and ribeye. Great service, nicely paced. We’ll be back!

Super delish!!! Bartender was fantastic and made me a drink from a Google recipe I showed her and it was the bomb! Pear/Prosciutto/Ricotta Flatbread and the Chicken and Waffle appetizers were extremely good. They were meant to be appetizers and turned into our dinner because we couldn't stop eating. So.... to be continued... ;p

Our server Sara did a wonderful job. Drinks were delicious. Food was not only delicious, but the presentation was gorgeous. I asked for a high top, but would get other option as it was loud where the high tops were located. Nice job. Would definitely go back if we ever adventure back to Roanoke.

I am wondering if this restaurant is about to close its doors and shut down. We were a party of five on a Sunday afternoon and the bar was out of most items. It took 45 minutes before they could find a drink for my daughter. Unacceptable. No manager in sight. No one came to check on us. A sign at the front told us to seat ourselves, and we waited ten minutes before anyone came to our table. Mind you, there were only four tables with people. Something just didn't feel right and unfortunately our birthday brunch wasn't enjoyed the way it should have been. We wanted to try something new, but I guess we will just stick to what works with our other restaurants. We won't be back.

A little bit of a wait when we got there (even with a reservation) but the ambiance was lively and the wait was worth it. Food was absolutely delicious: wings and the charcuterie board as appetizers, and then the bone-in ribeye with roasted vegetables and the pork belly also with veggies. So, so, so delish!!! Service was impecable.

Had a greats time, parked on the side in spot 15. We shared the cherry tomato flat bread and brisket lumpia. Delicious, then our entrees came and we got the arugula salad and steak and fries. Another home run!

This place has really gone down hill. From the menu change away from a more tapas experience to poorly cooked meals. My wife’s shrimp was overcooked and my steak was undercooked and tough. We won’t be back.

Valentines Day with my wife and daughter. It has been a while since we have been to Craft and Vine and it appears as though the quality has diminished somewhat from our last visit. I do love the ambiance of the place.

Worst place to go for Valentine's Day Date. Their email showed us menu for food which we were planning to try. But when we reach there, they just had their Valentine Day Dinner menu, which has nothing special or worth trying. Not recommended.

The experience was pretty awful, from the limited dinning choices to the lack of seating arrangements. There was no option to order off of the menu, and what was offered was over priced for the portion and lack of alternatives for those who wanted other menu items that craft and vine were known for, and the reason that others along myself chose to go there, never again for any holiday marketing ploys.

We did the Valentine’s Day special there. Exceptional food, loved all the dishes. Great patio to be on during sunset in good weather. Waiter However knew nothing about the special Valentine’s Day menu and didn’t see him much. Not exactly what we expect given the very high price point of the meal that day. There were two options on each course and I expect the waiter to go over all the options and what they were as the menu wasn’t descriptive. He walked up and just asked what we wanted. Ruth’s Chris pricing and same quality food minus the service.

This place used to be a staple for us. We went tonight after about a six month break. The food was not great. They were out of most white wines and the Prosecco was flat. Too many chef changes over the years have made the menu unpredictable. The food lacks identity and it doesn’t match the ambiance of this once really great place.

Excellent food and pretty good service , but little things like VERY LOUD, air freshener spraying on a timer that burned our eyes, forks with round handles you can’t hold onto, and parking from Hell, not a good over all value

Mackenzie was so gracious when, in our attempt to get a pretty selfie of our sliders, we knocked them completely to the ground!! So embarrassing! Then as I shook her hand thanking her across the table for cleaning up our mess, my elbow knocked my wine glass over and it crashed to the floor. She was UTTERLY poised and gracious. We couldn't believe we turned into Mr. and Mrs. Clumsy!!! There's always a first time for everything. We LOVED the sliders and the oysters and will definitely be back, at which time we hope to have recovered from our bout of Dropsy!!! ;-)

Our server was Amanda, and she was great. Attentive and very helpful. We have been here several times before and this time the menu had changed and not for the better. Also the only wine I wanted was out. But the bar made my other choice just the way i like it.

Service was terrible! Waiter forgot our appetizer and our drinks took 20 minutes because they were delivered to the wrong table. Husband ordered his salad with the dressing on the side and the salad was delivered dressed. First red flag was the server did not write anything down and it just went downhill from there. He also lacked customer service skills in that his response to every mistake was, "I'm sorry" -- never accepting responsibility or troubleshooting the problem. A savvy server knows how to turn a mistake around so they maintain a positive rapport with the customer and provide customer-centered service -- this was lacking on his part. Very disappointing experience!

When we (my husband and I for date night) got to the host stand for our reservation, the host told us “the last table dropped a wine glass and have to clean that up before we can seat you.” Could have just said give us a few minutes to get your table ready. When they sat us the waiter dropped off a bottle of water and glasses but did not fill the first glass and made us the guest do it. The waiter never introduced himself. Just asked what do you want without giving us a moment to look at the menu. The menu hasn’t changed in over a year of being there and no special for a Friday night. The tables and booth I sat In were worn down and need an upgrade. The grilled Caesar salad was sent back because it was so soggy. My texas goat cheese salad was delicious though. They did take the salad off our tab. And when we got the entrees the herb butter on my husband steak was still solid cold and difficult to melt. I am grateful our steaks were cooked correctly but everything tasted old and bland. For a $30-$40 entrees, we expected a little more. No one ever ask how our food was and we have been there a couple times prior but will definitely not be going back.

It seemed as if the food had been sitting under a heating lamp all night. The best part of the meal was the dessert and the drinks. Our waiter was sub parr at best. We had to ask for the complimentary champagne after we had paid our bill. For nearly $300 I was expecting more.

My cocktail was excellent! The crab cakes were really good too! The atmosphere was very modern and chic. Kitchen smoke was a little strong. My clothes smelled a little like a smokehouse when we left. The wait service was great. I ordered the ribeye and it was super! My dessert, the banana cake/pudding thing - SO GOOD! Overall, I had a great time and look forward to coming back.

There was hardly anyone in the restaurant yet the messed up both of our cocktails, served my burger on a partially frozen, hard bun and burnt bacon. Very very disappointing experience.
