This place has an amazing vibe and such good food. Can not recommend the corn bread enough - it’s amazing. The macaroni and cheese is also delicious.

Food was delicious, the service was a bit lacking on a Monday, don’t get me wrong the servers were extremely friendly but they didn’t come back to take our orders, the food comes out extremely slow (1hr+), order was missed, and our split bills were wrong, overall we did have a great time specially after meal we went inside the false idol for drinks.

The food was 9k but not fantastic. The waitstaff was attentive and helpful. Overall it was a good experience, however, there is a lot of competition and they did not impress as much as some of the competition.

I went here to celebrate my birthday with some colleagues. I had the duck leg tacos and the endive salad and they were really good. I also enjoyed the drinks. Our waitress wasn’t the kindest. She seemed annoyed with our party for asking questions and came off a bit condescending. I didn’t even bring up my birthday because I was ready to leave. Overall, decent experience.

I have already left a glowing review for C&C on Yelp but figured I might as well do so here too as this is perhaps my favorite restaurant of all time. I have lived in DC, Michigan, Oregon, Los Angeles, but spent the most years of my life in San Diego and this place is hard, perhaps impossible to beat. We live in LA now and still find ourselves driving down every now and then and always make sure stop here when in town. Their duck tacos are what I order every single time and its my all time favorite entree. Its actually a bummer because their lamb lollipops are probably in my top 5 favorite ever but I never get them because the tacos are just too dang good! Also, their dirty martini is exceptional. I am the queen of dirty martinis and am often disappointed unless I make my own at home with the perfect amount of brine (a lot) and they do it just right and always bring me an extra sidecar of olive juice to fit my truly salty needs. The ambience is very fun as well. Its essentially taxidermy themed and tons of fun and at times cryptic quotes to be found on all the walls and ceilings. Huge fan of this place (if you couldn't tell;) GO GO GO!!!!

I love C&C, it was the perfect date night! Can never go wrong with some bubbles and wine (their cocktails are amazing but we switched it up tonight) Gorgeous Big Green Salad, Steak Frites, and Duck confit tacos. We ended up getting our own dessert each, heheh, pumpkin bread pudding he loved & I was in love with my classic brownie sundae! Kim & Bailey are the best always!

Being from overseas and coming to SD every year for conference we have wanted to come for a while. But will be the first and last time. The food was good. But I think this place thinks it’s too cool for school and has forgotten what service is about.

The service was an extremely disappointing. Gave our food to other people and we never got our food that we ordered but was given to the other table. Staff was all over the place almost didn’t give a tip because not just was overall service not decent but I honestly didn’t know who our server was we had someone new every time. Just talk to your customers I promise they will understand. For a Michelin rated restaurant this was subpar in my opinion, in zero rush to get back here.

This place used to be decent, my fiance and I used to get a 16 oz rib eye and share it. Last night we went and they no longer have that option, instead they have an 8 0z ribeye which is $50 and it was not good. My fiance got her food 20 minutes before I did, this place has no ketchup for some reason. Very disappointed about my recent visit here. Sucks that this used to be a nice place to share a meal and now it has gone down hill. I think the location of this restaurant being in Little Italy has tourist prices.

Unfortunately won't be returning. Though the food was great the experience was disappointing. We were told we had to move to another table during the middle of our reservation. It was cold out and they weren't able to move any heaters nor didn't offer to move us to another location given the inconvenience mid-meal. Someone walked by us (manager?) and told a friend we were dining with to take her arm off the banister right next to us - she was resting her arm since she didn't have much room. Good food and drinks but overall a disappointing experience with a booked reservation.

I love Craft & Commerce for its food and drinks! My favorite is the bone marrow with bread. I was disappointed to find out they were out of the grilled oysters and scallop crudo no longer being on the menu. The burger is filling, especially with the fries and sauce it comes with. My favorite drink of the night was the New York sour. Service is top tier as the bartenders even come out to help serve tables. I love their team effort. Will be back to checkout the speakeasy!

I would have ranked this restaurant so much higher but the menu we saw online was outdated which was unfortunate. They did not offer the options that had originally made us choose their establishment. Also they had no non- alcoholic beer or Perrier, and I hope that is something they will change for the future. On the other hand the staff were fantastic and the restaurant had a very cool vibe to it!

We have been here many times always great. But this time our server, seemed out of it. Very slow and not attentive to us and the tables near us. We waited over an hour for our food. After waiting for our table when we had a reservation.

The most courteous and helpful staff even on a busy night when they had their hands full. We were well taken care of and will visit again in the future.
