The waiters were very attentive and friendly. The food was exquisite. We have 8 course degustation and by course 6 we were very full. Excellent food and 10/10 for presentation and full flavour !!!!

Everything about our experience at Cozy dining was delightful: the art deco styling of the place with the gold lined crockery through to the meticulous care in the preparation of each dish. For a relatively short degustation, we were well fed with beautiful plates that were packed with flavour. The service was just the right balance of pol, helpful and just leaving you alone while you enjoy the food. I’ll be coming back again.

The Signature steak dish was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten!!!! Along with the beef tartare and the trout dishes, it was a beautiful lunch. This is a hidden gem in the Sutherland Shire. Highly recommend!

Did the 8 course experience, all the flavours from each plate blended perfectly into the next. Cocktails are well named and even better mixed. Every thing was very reasonably priced and service was incredible, great staff. Highly recommend.

I love the food here. It’s outstanding in fact. We had 6 people all with different dishes. We all loved them. The service was better than last time but still needs some finesse. Menu presentation is not aligned with quality of food. I will go again for sure. The food is that good.

The waiter was hopeless. He dropped food, didn’t know the menu, placed cutlery very incorrectly on the table & tried to take our dessert order, 3 mins after we had already placed it with him. Food was beautifully presented. Food was nice but I wouldn’t rush back.

Could not fault this beautiful little restaurant at Sutherland. Located in a lovely old building, it has a beautiful cozy ambiance. The food was all cooked perfectly and was all delicious and very good value for money. Service was top notch & the staff knew their stuff! I will be recommending to family and friends and will be a returning customer

This was our third visit to Cozy Dining. We were disappointed that the charismatic Wilson had moved on but had no complaints with the friendly attention from the new staff. The menu had been refreshed with some interesting new additions that we enjoyed, particularly the Beetroot Cigar and Crispy Calamari. As always, I enjoyed my favourite of Grilled Barramundi but unfortunately my husband was disappointed with his Wagyu Rump, which was not special as it was slightly overcooked and tough. We will probably return as we do not always want to travel to the city for fine dining although for the prices you would get a better meal in the city.

The venue is in a old heritage house with a lot charm and character. The food is presented beautifully and tastes as good as it looks. My wife and I were there to celebrate our anniversary and it was a great way to spend a couple hours dining on great food and wine. The only suggestion on improving the experience would be to add table cloths and cloth napkins otherwise it was a great experience and our waiter was very attentive and explained the menu well. Would definitely dine there again for that special occasion.

After all the reviews we thought we would finally try it Our waited has no idea what was on the menu and couldnt answer questions we asked. The meals were nice but very overpriced and overrated Im afraid. It is set in a beautiful little house and has a really nice feel. We paid $350 a couple which for what we had - was way overpriced.

Hi Joanne, Thanks for making a review for Cozy dining. Sorry to hear that you fell like it is over priced. We have BYO option to take care your wallet from Sunday to Thursday, $5 per head. I think your most of cost from the drink what you had. Also we have $65 4course degustation which is cheapest option in Sydney. Also Regarding service you will be able to feel more better. I hope to see you next time again to provide better dining experience to you.

We had a lovely meal here March 2, celebrating 44 years of marriage, in a lovely heritage house, beautifully maintained. I have a medical dietary issue (no chilli, horseradish, anything with heat) I checked in advance of booking, was told all would be well, and it was. There was a LOT of discussion as even the COZY sauce on the steaks has horseradish, and there a lots of chilli oil on things, but that was not used for our dishes. We had cocktails to begin, The Shire (gin, basil, ginger, lemon) Cozy Martini (gin, vermouth, lemon, 3 olives) We asked for no food until we finished our cocktails, and that happened, first time in ages (most establishments ignore this request) We shared all our dishes - Beetroot cigar with scallop ceviche x 3; 1 each Charred black open wagyu tart dusted with finely shaved macadamia nut; Crispy Squid ink battered calamari with saffron aoli and katsuobushi; accompanied by lovely Reisling and Vermentino white wines. Mains were the scallops with butternut pumpkin puree, kombu tuile, salmon roe; then steak Wagyu rump with charcoal salt (awesome) and fries; helped along by a few glasses of red Double Trouble CabShiraz and Molly Dooker Maitre D Cab Sauv. The combinations are interesting and work well. Fantastic wines! We squeezed in dessert Signature Moon Pavlova, granita and vanilla ice cream (not sure about the hard meringue and granita combo) and White Chocolate Mousse, cream cheese, yogurt, matcha powder - to die for! with a couple of different fortified dessert wines. All up $364, sounds pricey for Sutherland but great atmosphere, good service, lovely food, amazing wines (half of the bill) Highly recommend. (would suggest they spell check the menu & web site)

From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, the whole experience is like nothing else. Service, food, drinks and atmosphere.....all outstanding and wonderful. We have been a few times now and love the experience we get.

Fantastic spot! We had the 8 course degustation for my husband's milestone birthday, a elegant gem that lives up to the cozy name, elevated dining without having to go to the city or the extra premium price. Menu options and price points for a simple date night, friends or family catch up, right up to a very special occasion. Can't wait to go again

This was our 3rd time, and Cozy did not disappoint! Really (really) good food, very kind service. The gnocchi are a delight and the meat… literally melting! We will be back and cannot wait to try the home made pasta.

The food was exceptional. The flavours the style of food was top class - undeniably brilliant. The wait staff need training - they are nice enough but they are not experienced enough for the type of food being served. The venue is a lovely old federation house with lovely furniture. This place needs vibrant, well trained, Maitre D. Still I would go back again as the food was so so good.

Very impressed with the innovation and quality of Ingredients. Has the 8 courses with wine pairing and honesty couldn't fault a single thing! Absolutely loved the Tapas. Choice and quality of the food was amazing. Such beautiful intimate Seating inside made for a very special evening experience. However, the waiters let them down. They were difficult to converse with, and appeared to be quite inexperienced. Overall though, would highly recommend

Excellent service and exceptional food, in a really unique and stylish venue. A hidden gem, close to Sutherland Station. Highly recommended!
