We have been going to Cowboy Star for 9 years for Anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions. By far the best restaurant in Colorado Springs. The food, service and atmosphere are always impeccable. If you are looking for a place to impress, Cowboy Star is it.

Amazing service! The staff wrote my wife and I a card for our anniversary and everyone, literally everyone we interacted with knew it was our anniversary and said happy anniversary. That alone was enough to make the evening special, but the food was absolutely exquisite. The best steak I ever had was at Jean Gorges in Las Vegas and the Japanese Waygu we ordered easily beat that. Our dinner was amazing and it helped put an exclamation point on a memory we will share for a lifetime.

What a great experience for a birthday celebration and family get together. Food is fantastic, ambiance fantastic, server fantastic and thanks to Ryan at Cowboy Star for setting it all up!

The food here is exceptional. My husband opted for the American Wagyu beef special and it just melted in the mouth. Likewise for my scallops which had just a light sear and then were sooo buttery and tender. Accompaniments were deliciously different ...saffron mashed potatoes and grilled broccolini for him spaetzle with mushrooms and braised red cabbage for me...and excellent complements. The amuse bouche is always a delight - how do they get that much flavor in a mouthful? Service attentive without being pushy, drinks made as requested. What more can you ask for?

My new go to spot for steak and service in Colorado Springs. Jacob and partner were as excellent as the steaks, 6oz ribeye wagyu was phonemail. We will definitely be back. Great Mother’s Day meal.

These guys always do a great job. We feel very welcomed every time we dine there. The meal was great. And the Chocolate Bread Pudding is the best dessert in Colorado Springs. And maybe even on the planet! If you need to skip another course to fit dessert in, do it!

We were warmly greeted by the manager and seated in a private booth. We were recommended a wonderful bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, and treated to a stunning amuse bouche from the chef - a tiny bite that was packed with flavor. Our NY strip steaks weee prepared to perfection and our dessert, a banana-peanut butter profiterole was perfection as well. The service was pleasant and appropriately attentive. A great value for a special occasion- we would definitely go back!

The food was incredible. The drinks were top shelf. The timing between courses was spot on. Never felt rushed. The waiter, Stephen, was amazing and was happy to provide suggestions on fare, and even recommendations on reheating leftovers. Truly incredible. The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated. I highly recommend Cowboy Star as a great date night. And if you get Stephen, it’ll be even better.

My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary here for dinner and the service was AMAZING. We talked about it on our way home how this was the best dining experience we had ever had. The food was amazing but the service was incredible. They gave us a 1st Anniversary menu, a card signed by all staff with sweet congratulations inside, and a rose. It was those little touches that were so nice because they prepared for us coming, and you never get that. If we had one of these in KY, we would be frequent flyers. I highly recommend!

The Caesar salad wasn't that great but the steak was one of the best I've ever eaten in my life. It was definitely the star of the show. The bread pudding was a 10 out of 10 as well! The creme brulee was also delicious! Overall we were pleased with the meal. The service was just ok. It seemed like we waited forever between meal courses. But it's definitely a great place to go if you want a great steak!

Always great tasting food, but steaks seemed to have a little more gristle than usual. That, combined with way overpriced steak seasoning and slightly overcooked Mac and cheese brings the overall value down a few notches. Otherwise, outstanding service and still a quality meal.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Details oriented staff and very very attentive. Stunning chefs you can appreciate them in the art of cooking. Everything very well served, impressive dominance of the dinner etiquette. AMAZING TEAM WORK we admire every employee here who each one knows what they have to do. Clear vision. Very Very nice food, amazing sangria, juicy meats, fresh food. We love it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. BRING YOUR MONEY, is not cheap but this experience deserves every penny invoiced.

Great food and great service. We had a party of 8 at 8:30 and thankfully they were able to accommodate. The Japanese A5 Wagyu, which is not on the menu, but was offered to us as a special, was top notch. Absolutely worth the price. The slab bacon was also amazing! You’ll regret not having gone sooner!

I took my daughter and son-in-law for their anniversary. This includes my 18 month grand baby. The service was phenomenal as well as the food. They made it a special night for my family.

C Star is Rockstar!!! Best steaks I’ve had in my recent couple of years. I had Snake River wagyu strip, Colorado wagyu hanger, and angus dry aged fillet - all excellent! I can’t praise this place enough. C Star fits in with the best of the best.
