The food is always delicious and beautiful atmosphere. Service is also really good. We have eaten here multiple times and always love it.

I would have given this place 4 stars but the confusing and frustrating start to our morning dropped it down. I had made this breakfast reservation at Covewood because it was close to our whale watching experience. When we got there we were taken to a bench at an outdoor area that was more of a bar close to the pool with no view. When I questioned the server, I was told the restaurant had been bought out and our reservation had been moved to this small bar area. Our group was not happy with the table so we got moved to another table but it was still uncomfortable. We were finally moved to a lovely table near the harbor at the actual restaurant Covewood. The service after that was good and the food was good too. They comped our drinks for the inconvenience which included mimosas which was nice. Overall I still have them a good rating even though the start was so unpleasant.

We reserved the BIG table in the middle of the restaurant (perpendicular to the bar) and sat 16. It was perfect. I'm bummed I can't remember our servers name but he was outstanding. Food was great, everyone left happy and enjoyed their time.

We had a lovely dinner here. The appetizers were yummy - the butternut squash bruschetta was a warm dish to start the meal. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and a pretty large portion. Overall the value of the meal was great.

Food was excellent. Very BOLD to add actual anchovies to the Caesar salad. Burger was cooked perfectly. I could go on, we ate there for all of our meals during our stay. Barrett the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. We felt very welcome. So much so, we plan to return even when not staying at the resort.

My husbands salmon had an overwhelming amount of salt added to it. They took it back and we waited over 20 minutes for its return. No compensation for the meal. Very good restaurant either offer you a desert or take the meal off the bill very disappointed w them

Had dinner at covewood to celebrate our daughters engagement and husbands birthday. The ambiance was wonderful, the service was exceptional, they were very attentive, listened to my request, gave us a great table in a beautiful spot in the restaurant. I would highly recommend their restaurant fr a special occasion. It is a bit pricey and the menu is limited so I’d check the menu before you make reservations. Overall the restaurant choices were enough for everyone in our group to find something.

We had an excellent experience over all the food, service and ambiance were all exceptional. I'd highly recommend the salmon on a salad.

Staying at the resort and chose to have a birthday dinner at the Covewood restaurant. The food was decent and the portions were excellent. Unfortunately the entire experience was overshadowed by the extreme slowness and pace of the meal. Entrees for three took 45+ mins. One ice cream sundae took 30+ mins, after speaking to the manager. Edit: After writing my initial review I was contacted by the restaurant and was impressed by their response.

$48 scallops were chewy, one dish after the next was just bad. Even the crème brûlée tasted eggy
