Outstanding as always! We sat at the bar for a quick bite to eat. Shared the fillet, which was prepared perfectly, the roles which are outstanding, and Travis, the bartender providing amazing service.

Service was terrific and very attentive! We had the filet mignon, whipped potatoes, French onion soup and Chilean sea bass, and they were so tasty and well worth the price! We were visiting from the Chicago area, and I would highly recommend this place inside the Hard Rock Cincinnati!

I made a reservation 2 months ago and when we arrived, they said they didn’t have it but we’d be on a waitlist. While waiting, I made a reservation for 15 minutes later. Our waiter had too many tables and hardly checked back. Not worth the money this time. Very disappointing

Our experience was lovely as usual. This is for the Atlantic city, NJ location. We greatly appreciated the hostess accommodating us at the Atlantic city location as we were unaware we accidentally booked reservations at the Ohio location.

Well as usual Ooen Table made my reservation in Ohio instead of Tampa Third time this has happened although dry busy Tampa Coincul Osk accommodate us as we are regulars

We were given a table in the main area, the lighting was definitely on the brighter side and didn't come off as romantic. My husband and I both ordered the filet, medium rare. The food, overall, was fantastic. His filet came out medium well and dry. We pointed it out to the waiter who handled it and ordered another steak for him to be cooked properly. The manager even came over to apologize. It wasn't a huge deal, we were very understanding but it did take another 20 minutes. When we got the bill, they had actually added the 3rd steak to the tab. It was corrected when we brought it to their attention but how do you accidentally add a 3rd steak to the tab??? I'm glad my husband checked but I was fully expecting a comp of some sort on the bill for all the inconvenience. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else and they didn't catch it.

We arrived earlier than our reservation time and they were able to seat us right away. Our server Paula was excellent. She was friendly, efficient and answered all our questions. Definitely ask for her. She’s the best!!!!

Dining experience at the Tampa Hard Rock was phenomenal! I accidentally booked the Cincinnati restaurant. The staff was very accommodating to allow us to dine at a very busy time when the restaurant was at capacity. The food was exceptional!
