Tried Coterie for the first time with my girlfriends. Our waitress was 10/10! She was friendly and gave us great recommendations on food and wine throughout the evening. I loved how the food came out slowly as it was ready. It gave us more time to enjoy the experience and not feel rushed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cute wine/tapas place. Seating is very limited so I suggest you make a reservation.

Very cosy, intimate space. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the wine and food menu. Unfortunately though, the wine choices by the glass were limited and very average. Save for the salad ( which was so delicious m!), the food too was average.

Absolutely delicious food. We will be back. Our server was attentive, kept our table clear and kept our glasses full. We loved the explanation of the wines and found a wine we love based on his descriptions. This will be an easy place to recommend to others. The noise level was perfect; loud enough to feel you have a bit of conversation privacy but not so loud that it distracted from the food. It is a very inimate and romantic place to eat with the lighting, quick service and wonderfully thought out food. Thank you.

Excellent attentive service - our server was well versed in the single pour wine specials of the day, wine menu, and the unique fresh small plates for sharing. We loved everything we had - including the market veg and market main dish. The dessert special was a green tea crème brûlée- it was one of the best I’ve had - so smooth and not too sweet! The chef sources ingredients from the farmers market supporting local suppliers which I love. The restaurant is beautiful and quaint - decor is darker moody jewel toned greens/gold and gorgeous wall art ….it’s a little gem. I will be back for sure! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Great little place just off of Whyte. The food was really good. We had the baked Brie and beef tartare. Both really amazing. Then we had the two mains off their menu - mussels and short rib which were both excellent, we were impressed. All their bread that came with the meals is homemade and was tasty. Corbin, our server, was knowledgeable with the wine and very attentive. We will be back to try the other appetizers off their menu.

Fantastic experience during Valentine's Day. Corbin is the pinnacle of hospitality, he gave us a very memorable experience. Food was exceptional, best short rib I've ever had, and the Winter kale salad was delicious as well. Really nice intimate room, will be back.

I took my girlfriend who was visiting from out of town to Coterie for her birthday. We each had wine by the glass that we really enjoyed. We shared the prosciutto-wrapped dates, tartar and feature beets. The food was delicious and I've been thinking about the dates ever since. The small wine bar had an intimate vibe and good service. Highly recommend it as I will be back!

Great food! Service and ambience! My friend and I had a wonderful time! Loved the music and the vibe! Would suggest they have one vegan/vegetarian option available as a main if friends are not into sharing family style dining. Otherwise you only have a salad option and cheese board option available for dinner. Other than that everything else was fantastic!

An unexpected little gem. Its nice to see Edmonton is using small spaces to bring us an intimate dining experience. We arrived at 6pm to a somewhat quiet space but within the hour a buzz of guests arrived and the atmosphere was very pleasant! Service was one of the best I've received in a long time and wine choices we unique and plentiful. When we ordered our food it came in stages and was paired very well. We started with the and Devils On Horseback and the Coterie salad-Yum ! then settled into their special (sea bream and risotto) and Baked Brie. Can't say enough, we will be back.

Food is amazing! Atmosphere was cozy. However, our server didn’t seem that knowledgeable of the wine and food menu. For being such a small wine bar I was expecting exceptional, knowledgable and attentive service. I will give them the benefit of the doubt though, since they are a new establishment.

Beautiful little wine bar with great people and the best food I have had in Edmonton and Area. Yes that does include Uccelino. Great sized room to enjoy a bottle of wine and inspired cocktails with a significant other. No feelings of being rushed if you book an early dinner. No mistakes on all menu choices offered and they will change the menu often with the changing seasons. French bistro food at its best. I would keep reservations to no more than 2-6 people to keep restaurant quiet enough so everyone can enjoy the experience. A wonderful experience at Coterie. A quaint little wine bar with great food and a good selection of wine and scotch. Tryst and Ains were amazing. I highly recommend a visit here.

This is small and inviting. As soon as you walk in you welcomed almost with open arms lol. When it came to ordering a drink they were very knowledgeable and helped us in deciding on what kind of what to choose. They also did that with the food which was so nice to have that experience and made us feel great about our decisions. 10 out 10 for me.

Tristan and Ainsley gave amazing service they were so attentive and they made us feel so comfortable. They are both very easy to talk to and made excellent recommendations for food and drinks. The wine is amazing, I’ve never had such great wine before! We will definitely be back to see Tristan and Ainsley specifically.

Lovely and cozy ambiance that takes you away elsewhere and knowledgeable service staff. Favorite dish was the baked brie and raviolo which I think defined the ambiance of Coterie. Wines selection was exceptional.

Cozy ambience, excellent wine selection, top notch bar snacks, serviced by one of the best in the city, you are in for a treat for an excellent mid evening or end of the night cap. Finally we have a wine bar in the neighborhood! Super cozy, excellent for a date night, a lovely evening chatting with friends, or an evening by yourself enjoining good wine. They have lots of options for wine, very interesting cocktails, a good menu and really nice ambience. Volume can get moderately high when full, but it is still way better than any bar in the area.

The wine selections, fabulous! Pre-dinner cocktail delicious. The dishes were fantastic and it was great to let Ainsley and Tristan decide for us. I also enjoyed the playlist of tunes, just a the right volume. Congratulations to the beautiful pairing!
