The customer service wasn’t the best. We waited for over 15 min just to get our drink order in. Then, another 15 min just to get our drinks. Our server would hardly check up on us. I don’t think I would go back.

Excellent steak ! Had the house special which was incredibly tasty. Atmosphere isn’t anything special (it’s more a Mexican place than a steak house), but I’ll go back in a heartbeat.

Do not book a reservation on Open Table unless you are entirely certain you will go. It requires a $50 deposit. I had last minute emergency come up and Open table would not let me modify or cancel and I went to customer service to do the cancellation or refund and OpenTable says the restaurant is the only one that has control. I called the restaurant and talk to both managers and both said they have no control over the reservation. So unless you want to lose $50 bucks or forcefully go don’t reserve.

It’s always more than disappointing when you go to a steak house order and pay top dollar for a filet medium rare and they bring it to you so tough that your jaw gets sore chewing it. Will not be returning.

I traveled from DC to celebrate my mom’s birthday with my El Paso family. The food and the service were good. We noticed that they were short staffed, but luckily it wasn’t that busy. The only thing that was disappointing, was the fact that we got a Corralito’s courtesy cake to celebrate, but not a happy birthday song :( I may go back because the food was good.

The manager Eric was really nice and accommodating. Our food came out cold, they took to back to warm but still wasn’t warm. Manager offered to fix we wanted to leave at that point. Waitress was nice and friendly. They have a good rating that’s why we dine with them as we are not from the area. Maybe we caught them on a bad night.

We went with the expectation of a decent dining meal. The moment we showed up. We realized we made a mistake. We placed a reservation for 7:45. As i mentioned our time, she proceeded to tell me we dont do reservations. I was able to look down to see my name on the screen and i pointed it out. I arrived at 7:24 . She then said - it will be 20-40 minutes - i said it was fine , i arrived early for that reason. When we finally got sat (7:55) we waited for 10-12 minutes to place a drink order. We told her that we didn’t want chile de arbol in my wife’s food. Sure enough , food was covered in it. When we asked for a remake - they simply got the steak moved it to another plate and told us it was new. Same size cut and we had cut the middle to see the temp. Same cut was there. Waitress attitude was poor and very irritated. Meal for 2 ok steaks , guacamole , civche, 2 waters , one tea , an Arnold Palmer (poorly made ) and one extra tea .. yes the charge me for two teas.. 150.00 . WAY OVERPRICED. I don’t mind paying for decent food. But this place was a real let down.

we had reseevation they could t find it a man came over spoke to lady whom we thought was in charge he was extremely rude he said we cant find reaervation and walked away!!

Great food and great value. Slow service and our meals came out at different times so we didn’t all get served simultaneously.
