The grand reopening of Corner Kitchen was Friday, February 18th, 2022! We can't wait to surprise and delight you with our modern take on steak and seafood immersed in our newly renovated bistro space. Experience a new aesthetic and taste the eclectic with the incredible flavors of our chef-driven menu.

Dinner service is offered Tuesday through Sunday. Weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday between 11:00am and 3:00pm. Reservations available now.

Chef Gavin has provided great specials like Tapas (small plates) every Tuesday through Thursday. Be on the lookout for more of Gavin's creative food specials every week.

I'm pleased that there are vegetarian options on the menu, specifically more than just one. And even more so, the vegetarian dishes are tasty. Thank you to the chef for accommodating vegetarians like me.

The new incarnation of corner kitchen is very good as far as food goes. But their cocktails have taken a hit. Too many vodka cocktails and not enough other options. And when asked to make a classic cocktail, the bartender did not have what was needed to do so.

Service is usually great and food is hit or miss. This evening's dinner was lackluster. Food was just ok - steak wrong temperature, slow, etc.

I kept changing my Sunday brunch party from 4,6,8,10. They were so accommodating. Alissa was superb. She has a smile and treated us with kindness even though we all wanted separate checks. The food was incredible. Alissa kept checking on us with the wonderful smile. We will definitely return.

Party of 2 promptly seated into a back corner of Corner Kitchen.. service was attentive, deviled eggs were purple, modicum pours of wine... All-in $95 for food, drinks & tip.

Shrimp and grits was excellent. Both were perfectly cooked. BBQ sauce was delicious and not too spicy. Crab cake was excellent, sauce was overpowering. Small plate steak and frites was delicious and very tender. Small plate salmon would have been great except there was way too much salt on it. I was sitting where I could see the expediter finishing off dishes. I saw him sprinkle way too much salt on someone's dish. We saw several burgers being served. They looked amazing. Hummingbird cake was delicious, moist but crispy on the outside. Would have loved a bit more of the sauce. Our server, Bella, was great. This was our first time there and had a lot of questions. She was very helpful and made excellent recommendations. Looking forward to returning.

Everything was great. The Bar was overwhelmed when the doors first opened until about 7:00. Then things died down and it was OK.

We had six diners and we pass and taste them all. Everything was excellent except for one. He had the chicken and it was over baked. The center was dry and tough. The edge had a crust on it I couldn't cut through. It should have been sent back but he chose to muddle through. We will be back.

This is our first experience at the restaurant in definitely will not be our last. My highly recommend this restaurant. I had the double bone pork chop, which was almost 2 inches thick and I was surprised that a steak knife didn’t come with it. I was incredibly pleased to find out. It was so tender and moist. I could cut it with a butter knife, the blueberry on really complemented the pork chop. You order a salad I recommend the smaller portion. I ordered a Caesar salad and the half portion was larger than most full size portions you get anywhere else. My wife had chicken and she loved. Our two friends ordered the small plates; salmon for one and crabcake for the other. When I go back I will probably order the small plates because there is enough for a whole meal as big as the small plate amounts are.

I love it when staff is able to seat you where you requested. As requested we were sat at a incredible window seat near the front entrance. Our server was very attentive. I thought the pork chop was a little dry but my husband and I split it and he did not think so. More blueberry compete would have made the chop magical Drinks were good.

Corner Kitchen is our favorite restaurant so I may be a little prejudice! Tonight I had their new scallop dish and it was delicious! The scallops were large and prepared perfectly (melt in your mouth)! Not sure how long this will be on the menu, but you’ve got to try them!! My husband had the Filet and Shrimp Bucatini and it was really good. But he wanted my scallops!!

Enjoyed Easter brunch at Corner Kitchen while visiting Dayton from out of town. The service was excellent and the food delicious. The team went above and beyond to accommodate the allergy requests. I had the vegetable frittata and it was so delicious and the serving was very generous. I tasted the crab cake and it was great. We enjoyed having the option of small or larger plates to choose from on some dishes. Would definitely return and highly recommend. One side note: if you're into coffee drinks, this is not the brunch for you. They offer coffee (and were very attentive about refills) as well as a cold brew cocktail but they do not have an espresso bar.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Corner Kitchen! Our table was a cute high top in the window and the lighting/music was very chill. Food and cocktails were delicious and our meals were great. Will be going back again soon!

First time here and it was a great date night atmosphere. Robbie was an amazing server. Very knowledge and polite. The chef is phenomenal as our food was amazing! We had salmon and short ribs.

Service was fantastic and they offer small plates (1/2 portions) of most of their entrees, which worked out great for us as the menu is amazing and we were able to sample 4-5 items. Awesome place, we’ll check it out next time we’re back in town!!

Food was amazing, and the server was the best part. She joked with us and made the evening even better. Slightly pricey, but very comfortable place. If I go again with friends, will reserve the fun table in the window.

The crab cakes were excellent. The garlic fries were very good too. We had a lovely early Valentine’s Day celebration. Our server was accommodating … however the kitchen was a bit slow but in an acceptable time frame. We used a coupon for dessert, and took it to go. My husband devoured the steak frites and was complimentary. We will return soon to try another entree.

This is our second time at the Corner Kitchen. We will definitely return. My husband had a steak and I had the salmon. The salmon was one of the best two I have ever had. YUM!

Would definitely not go back. Food was overcooked and had been sitting before brought out. Was there for an hour and half before brought our food. Waiter was short staffed which didn’t allow him time to tend to his customers. (Not his fault)
