Cork Dork is a haven for all people who love food, wine and local spirits. Curating the menu is Danny Amirian, born and raised in Westlake, he brings his fresh farm to fork approach back to the Conejo Valley. Danny's exclusive menu is always changing to focus on local farms and purveyors' best available product. Danny cooks from the heart and his passion will show on the plate.

If you are a beginner and enjoy a glass, starting to learn, or Cork Dorks like us you will enjoy our ever-changing selection of wines. All wines are available in 2oz, 6oz, and bottles so you can try multiple items in one sitting.

Our bar serves local spirits (all from CA) and artisanal cocktails! We've made our memorable cocktail list legendary by adding a dorky twist to our cocktail artistry. We've sought after local, high-quality spirits and fresh ingredients that will set our cocktails apart, the names alone will captivate you before sipping these exquisite creations developed by our own mixologist.

The best food ever and decently priced. Loved the fries. Thought it was weird to order all at once but food came out fast.

This restaurant never disappoints. The food is fresh and exciting and always tasty. Service is great. Really a gem of a spot.

Everything from the wait staff, chef and food was perfect. The table next to us had the chefs pairing and it looked amazing.

First time and was very impressed. Staff were fantastic, accommodating on splitting sides and service was fantastic. All dishes were very well done. Danny is very personable and runs a first class spot. Highly recommended!

We came here for our anniversary. The setting is simple and casual. Our server Shane was wonderful--he wished us happy anniversary and was attentive throughout the evening (even though the place got busy). I wanted the Branzino (I was looking for a side order of rice to go with it), Shane checked with the chef for my rice request--he used the forbidden rice (from the duck breast dish), included carrots and peas with it (DELICIOUS!). What an amazing dish!! And chef came out to check how I liked my fish and rice together. We had a wonderful dinner experience---thank you for making one of our anniversaries so very special!

This was our 2nd visit. We went for the tasting menu & wine pairing. Each plate was very good to excellent. Loved the pea risotto & duck w/ forbidden rice. Will definitely be back. Top notch menu, wine pairings & service. We feel lucky to have this restaurant in our community.
