Cork Dork is a haven for all people who love food, wine and local spirits. Curating the menu is Danny Amirian, born and raised in Westlake, he brings his fresh farm to fork approach back to the Conejo Valley. Danny's exclusive menu is always changing to focus on local farms and purveyors' best available product. Danny cooks from the heart and his passion will show on the plate.

If you are a beginner and enjoy a glass, starting to learn, or Cork Dorks like us you will enjoy our ever-changing selection of wines. All wines are available in 2oz, 6oz, and bottles so you can try multiple items in one sitting.

Our bar serves local spirits (all from CA) and artisanal cocktails! We've made our memorable cocktail list legendary by adding a dorky twist to our cocktail artistry. We've sought after local, high-quality spirits and fresh ingredients that will set our cocktails apart, the names alone will captivate you before sipping these exquisite creations developed by our own mixologist.

Met a friend at CD on Saturday evening. The restaurant is quite nice inside with a lively outdoor patio area, located in a rather nondescript strip mall. Very pleasant inside and service from start to finish was to notch. Wine offerings by the glass are extensive, and we sampled a terrific 2010 Cab Sav and a more recent Zinfandel. Food was 50% better than I had expected. We sampled the Hamachi Crudo, Gem Salad, Truffle Fries, Shortrib, Duck, Peach Gallette and Bread Pudding. The only “miss” was the duck was a bit over for my taste; next time I will ask for medium rare. This really is a great spot.

Very appealing menu all cooked from seasonal daily fresh and the food was excellent. We had 3 in our party with allergy concerns and the kitchen was both helpful and knowledgeable, accommodated the chosen dishes successfully.Wine list also very good and the staff gave great suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Had the Baba chicken, always great. The absolute BEST dirty vodka martini made by Rosie that I’ve ever had……ever!!! Highly recommend this cool urban restaurant. Everything about this place is an amazing vibe. The food, wine, people. Love it!

Pricey for drinks and food. They wants all the food orders at once rather than having appetizer then main then dessert. Slow on the food. No happy hour but a local hour that is only M-Thur.

The Wagyu Taco was amazing. Wife ordered the swordfish and loved it. I got the chicken and loved it as well. Definitely a good date night place.
