The coffee wasn’t good, there was only veggie and cheese tacos. The restaurant smelled bad.

Horrible experience, very slow service on a brunch service when it wasn’t even crowded. Ignored by hostess upon arrival, ordered a corona and the waiter brought a modelo, upon asking about the strange tasting modelo the waiter said “we were out of corona so I gave you a modelo” without any sort of warning or notice. Was still charged for the modelo. Wtf. They forgot our order twice, TWICE. Once, after we ordered first, and second when they brought us food they forgot our friends food, we all had to wait while our friends food was being made. Food was not bad but if I’m paying 20$ for a burger and 7$ for a fake corona that’s total BS. Don’t go here the staff is horrible

Over priced for the quality of food and lack of service. It took 30 minutes to get our Frist drinks which came about the same time as our food. Not a great experience.

The Valentine's Day Experience that wasn't... Seated 20 min behind schedule in a cramped corner under a blowing AC. It's ok, we are resilient and she has a coat. Given the appetizer of the table next (1 of 2 we ordered), then told we ate theirs even though their main courses arrived two minutes later. Awkward. Still without plates or a drink menu. Interesting take on the whole "experience". The sparkling wine and strawberries we prepaid were also not waiting for us when we arrived as promised. Puzzled looks when the server came to tell us we ate someone else's appetizer and there is no surf and turf special as suggested by the Corinne website. The exhausted server eventually apologized to us and asked if we even wanted to place an order for dinner. Hmm, there's a thought. We realized the kitchen was beyond capacity and out of many dishes, the servers completely short-staffed, and we would be better served finding a meal at a food truck. As someone who worked in food service as a teen, I decided to drop cash for the appetizer we "stole," the one that never arrived, and a healthy tip for the staff that bothered coming to work vs sitting at home stoned. Not to pile on, but after returning from a six month deployment overseas, this was not the level of service I would hope for as a newlywed sharing his first Valentine's Day with his wife and trying to show her a nice time in the city. Sometimes you have to call a spade a spade, beurre flambé melted butter, and one star service one star service. This was a complete failure.

The food was honestly great but the service made it a poor experience. It took a long time for our server to ask for our orders and to finally get the items. We had already finished our appetizers... were still sitting there and our server seemed caught off guard that we wanted to order our entrees (even though our menus were still in front of us). The restaurant was already out of Wagyu at the time we ordered entrees. We ordered a 2nd round of drinks while we waited for the entrees and received them after we had already finished eating our entrees. We would have just told them to forget the drinks at that point so we could get out of there and go to another bar - but no one came by the table to even ask if we wanted dessert or needed anything else. It was Valentine's Day, so perhaps a lot of staff had called out. Either way, the restaurant did not do a good job of preparing for the day.

They lost my reservation and manager refused to seat us even at the bar. Terrible experience.

While we wish we could honor reservations twice, unfortunately we were not able to do so on Valentine's evening.
