I cannot say enough about the customer service here. The Mothers Day Buffet was AMAZING. Actual quote from my mom via text after, “Thank you so much for the lunch that was one of the nicest lunches that I’ve ever had. The food was delicious and was beautiful.”

Great service but for price I think we could have found better value. I think having a clearer list of inclusions so could have made a better choice or introduction to where everything was. For example, juice was not included. For 80 buffet, you would have expected to not have to worry about extra costs like that. I also sort of expect d more for the mothers or some token for the price. We were visiting from out of state so I was hoping this would have that special quality or extra oomph. But can’t complain about friendliness from staff who was serving and at the omelette and prime rib stations. So kind and happy.

I took my mom to the Mother's Day Brunch buffet. The food was excellent. You could taste the quality. The prime rib was succulent, the shrimp fresh and the bleu cheese creamy. It's hard to find a restaurant with a spread like this. My mom was very happy and that's what mattered. I will return for future buffets.

Ate here for a Mother’s Day Brunch … so not representative of normal meal … food was good but not amazing - particularly for the price ($80 per adult). Effectively. $80 got you a solid buffet with really good coffee and the luxury of not going to a restaurant as a walk-in and waiting for an hour to get seated. Not bad, but not exactly a bargain.

The food here is always good. Service also. Particularly enjoyed the scallops and the carrots. The prices seem a little high, but I guess that is the trend.

Brunch was incredible! I definitely recommend getting the Tots!! Robin was our server and she was great :) This is the perfect spot for a nice brunch with a beautiful ambiance.

Food was great, nice ambiance so would go back again. Menu is limited but has some good options. Were out of some items and service was a little slow for a Tuesday night...but good all in all.

Small menu selection . My husband and friend ordered the steak they enjoyed their meal . My friend and I requested a burger from the pub . Was told no they don’t like to serve pub food in the dining room . However the guest at the table next to us had a burger . We ordered a salad w chicken . One salad had 3 pieces of chicken Same price had 2 pieces of chicken. Very disappointed with our visit.

Went for Brunch for aa Birthday Mimosa Brunch. it was amazing. We had the Eggs Benedict was very good. Mimosa’s were good I had cranberry my daughter had the pineapple both wonderful. Had the Honey Cake for dessert and it was also very good! Best brunch in a long time. Will be back!

This review is based on one dinner and one brunch. Good service, although the servers seem stretched and we had to wait a bit longer than optimal for visits from our servers. Portion sizes tend to run small, especially for dinner. Food itself was very good.

Steven was an excellent server. Interesting however that he told us there were no “chef specials” which was fine. 20 minutes later, a server at the table next to us rattled off several “chef specials” - I almost asked Steve to come over and listen. But everything else was superb, especially the white chocolate cheesecake.

Emily and Tyler provided outstanding service. We had our 2 year old granddaughter with us; the responsiveness of Emily and Tyler made the experience a pleasurable evening for us … as well as for other patrons in the restaurant. The food was excellent, as always is the case.

Still the best burger in town with the bacon jam. So good. We were told it is coming off the menu. Bummer.Service is always on point.

My family of five went to Easter brunch at Coppin's. The service was excellent. Some of the food at the brunch was excellent like the omelet bar, the shrimp, and the prime rib. Some of the items on the brunch were not very good like the biscuits and gravy and the desserts were the biggest disappointment. This brunch was not inexpensive and I expected it to be higher quality.

Went last minute at 8 pm on a Saturday and got a table even though it was busy. Good service—friendly and efficient but not fussy. The fritters are great as an appetizer. The three of us enjoyed our different entrees. My salmon was excellent. The Old Fashion is done well there and includes a special “branded” ice cube. Thumbs up all round.

Food was overpriced, our waitress was not having a good day and had a resting sad face. Trued ti cheer her up but didn’t work. The atmosphere was great though, the decore was modern and classy- very comfy armchairs in restaurant!

The food was good. But I felt it could have been better. The orange cake was not orangey enough and if I closed my eyes it could just be a vanilla cake. The choices were too restrictive on a Sunday and would like to see added lunch options. The service was excellent. The omelets were not seasoned enough. It relies too heavily on the ingredients inside them but they are bland.

Food overall was delicious. However my chicken was very undercooked (even still had leaking blood vessels). It was returned and the waitress and manager visited to apologize, offering a dessert on the house. I ordered dessert per their offer but it wasn’t taken off. May return but not in a rush.

Seems the plate size was reduced from other times we dined at this restaurant. In addition, despite reserving with much anticipation, they sat us by the bar which frankly, took away from the experience. Unfortunately, we took some friends for the first time and this was not the experience we had were accustomed, and with the food portions being smaller, we were disappointed.

Ambiance was outstanding, old& new! The best drinks created by the bartenders on the menu!! Portions good& top notch food. Not surprised at all! Only negative was the distance from Loveland, where we live, to Covington
