Copper Vine is a wine gastropub… a winepub. Our mission is to make wine accessible to everyone, to democratize wine. Wine should be easy and fun, not intimidating. Housed in a historic, Victorian building originally constructed in 1894, our aim is to be the neighborhood gathering place for downtown New Orleans with a simple, approachable menu that you can eat every day. With 30 different wines on tap, each pour the perfect temperature, we can ensure every glass tastes like the first sip. Sourced from the best local breweries, we promise that our eight beers on tap will go down just as smoothly.

Absolutely love Copper Vine. We travel from Mobile to visit New Orleans and since discovering Copper Vine for our first anniversary, it’s now a required dining spot! Absolutely loved our waitress’ recommendation of adding caramelized onions to the fig and goat cheese flatbread. Service was amazing, food was heavenly, and drinks were delightful. Highly recommend the Black Truffle Fries, Fig and Goat Cheese flatbread, and the Bourbon Glaze Pork Chop! We finished our meal with the Bananas Foster. The artwork in the bathroom is out of this world!

This place was recommended highly, but definitely disappointed. Service slow - only one bartender. Pork chop - this is what was recommended by a friend and what I came for, but thought it was only “ok”. $50 steak was below average.

We were seated near the entrance on a chilly, very windy day. Every time anyone came in, we felt a blast of wind. The salad was delicious, the burger very good, but the fries were limp and greasy. Service was spotty -- we asked for mayo twice and didn't get it, and requested salt 3 times. Their hot water maker was broken, so no coffee, so we skipped dessert. It's also difficult to park in that area. A good fallback if you're already in the vicinity.

We have dined here before and enjoyed the experience, but unfortunately, we had some issues this time. While the food was good overall, and the service was friendly and attentive, my husband's pork was undercooked and still came somewhat pink after being sent back. He ate it but did not feel well afterward or the next day. Worse than that, there were actually mice running around the dining room floor during our meal, which was a real turnoff. The manager was somewhat apologetic, and we got a free dessert (woohoo!), but it was really not enough for the amount of money we spent (2 nice bottles of wine later). Sadly, with so many other great options in the area, I doubt we'll be back anytime soon.

The waygu burger and deviled eggs were delish. Someone from my party ordered the romaine salad and said it was very watery. Another one of us ordered the short rib pappardille pasta dish, and also said it was watery. Drinks were very good. Our waiter was very friendly however he was extremely overwhelmed and forgot to have our salad sent with the meals and he forgot our drink order.

Great restaurant. Everything about the place lets you know you are there for an exceptional experience. Staff are top notch. Food is great. Well decorated and pretty peaceful.

Service was a bit lacking in attention and my dining buddies meal came barely warm. To their credit they made him an entire new entree and it wasn’t nuked, they don’t have a microwave in the place. My chicken and waffles were very tasty. Will definitely give them another try. Beautiful place

Fantastic evening! Service top notch. Sat in outdoor patio - great area. Food was TERRIFIC. We ate off the small plate menu (shared snacks/apps) all terrific - sooo good. We went through most on the menu - everything was delicious!

Great vibe, good value. Goat cheese flatbread was just a bit sweet for my liking but it was good. Husband’s burger was great but a bit overly greasy. Overall, we enjoyed it!

Great food. Lovely ambience. We told the server that we were on a bit of a time crunch but food still came out a little slow (especially considering we were one of only 4 tables in the whole restaurant).

Have not been here in a few years but it was always one of my favorites in Nola. Service unfortunately was slow, but our waitress was very kind and patient as it seemed like she had a few large tables. Food came out quickly but was cold. Cheese board was very disappointing, would not recommend. Burger and flatbread was great!

I was so excited to try brunch here since I’ve been many times before for lunch or dinner. I was so incredibly disappointed with brunch. The drink was great (orchard spritz) and the appetizers were fine - fried oysters and pork belly - but pork belly was a bit over cooked and bacon-wrapped dates. We ordered the cochon de lait grits, crawfish grilled cheese, jumbo lump crabcakes and cornflake fried chicken sandwich. The grits didn’t have much taste and the poached eggs were very undercooked. It made the whole bowl just a mushy mess. There wasn’t much pork in my bowl and half of it was just straight up fat, completely inedible. The greens were the best part of the bowl. The crab cakes had a fishy taste like they weren’t fresh. Poached eggs on this dish were also undercooked. Also everything on the plate was cold when it was served. Crawfish grilled cheese looked greasy and unappetizing. The person eating it left half on their plate. The fried chicken sandwich was ordered by someone who loves fried chicken. He couldn’t even eat half of the sandwich. Our server was nice and attentive. He didn’t look surprised at all that none of us had eaten very much of our food. I really wanted to like their brunch because again, have been here many times before and enjoyed it so I’m not sure if it was an off-day for the chef or what. I will be coming back again (not for brunch) to see if it was just a bad day.

We were there for Sunday brunch during French Quarter Fest, and it did not disappoint. The Fritter French Toast and Creole Shakshouka were incredible. The host and server were very personable and the restaurant itself was beautifully appointed. Will definitely go back next visit!

Service and ambiance was great. Food was bad. Duck came out raw, chewy, and just not good. Burger was crazy salty. Place was nice but food and price wasn’t worth it.

The BEST service I had in my 5 days in NOLA!! I showed up early for my reservation and they were able to seat me early and were so friendly and welcoming!! The hostess Yanna was amazing! My server Lane was amazing too! Good food and beautiful restaurant with a great vibe all around. Prices seemed reasonable. If you’re on the fence about dining here, do it!

Sat outside on upper balcony on a beautiful evening. Slightly windy with many cars driving by blasting music but my party of 3 didn’t let it ruin our evening. The food and drinks were fantastic and the server was very helpful and kind.

This was my fourth time going to copper Vine, and the second time going with my friends. We had outstanding service from Kacie the first time and had a great experience. Unfortunately the service on the balcony the second time (my most recent visit) was poor. The coffee took at least 15 minutes to come out and it took about 20 minutes for the mimosas to come out. One appetizer came out long before the rest- a little odd. Overall service was very slow. I want to write a good review but unfortunately I can't this time. Every other time has been great, but hopefully this was just an off day at Copper Vine.

Went there with my friend and as we were eating outside in the courtyard area we saw a rat! The manager came out to apologize and we asked to move inside. Aside from this, the service was sub par. We felt rushed by the waiter the entire night. Also the food was just okay. Brussel sprouts were undercooked tasted a bit bitter, fries were soggy. We should have complained there, but wanted to have a good night so let it go. Thinking about it the next day, I’m mad I didn’t. Overall the experience was not good.

Intimate setting. Plenty of quality starters/snacks including crawfish beignets and fries. I got the Romaine salad with chicken and didn’t love it. My date for a vegetarian option which she loved. Good ambiance, hip, cool & friendly servers
