Copper Blossom is a stunning bar with a garden-inspired aesthetic where beauty meets flavour. As well as our 'dripping in flowers' indoor garden we have an outdoor seating area with a stunning view of Edinburgh Castle.

Our extensive cocktail list not only looks good; it tastes even better.

We came to copper blossoms for engagement dinner and drinks. Food was outstanding, service was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Food was amazing, more than what we expected too for it being small plates. Absolutely loved it. Would 100% go again!

Second time here this time tried the £5 cocktails which run from Mon-Wed. We had a selection of small plates for food. Great value and lovely premises. Service was great, very attentive staff. Also tried the normal cocktail list which had a great variety.

It was very busy when we arrived, quite a lot of large hen parties however we were seated and served quickly. The host who seated us was fantastic, he brought us complimentary prosecco, explained he would move us to a more private booth as soon as possible. He also allowed us to order some fries of the main menu before it was officially on. The cocktails were amazing, the food was delicious and everything came quickly. Service was outstanding, I was incredibly impressed. We will certainly be back!

Came last night and our server / hostess was amazing so sorry didn’t catch her name but she was lovely so attentive and had lots of fun with us - cocktails varied in quality some were lovely some tasted slightly soapy but such is life! Would definitely recommend and come back

Loved the place, the way the restaurant looks is lovely and so unique. We all had a great time. The food was great but the prices I don’t think linked with how the food was. Food was probably too expensive for what it was. The cocktails were lovely too I think more choice on the £5 cocktails would’ve been better too however overall was a great time!
