Copper Blossom is a stunning bar with a garden-inspired aesthetic where beauty meets flavour. As well as our 'dripping in flowers' indoor garden we have an outdoor seating area with a stunning view of Edinburgh Castle.

Second time here this time tried the £5 cocktails which run from Mon-Wed. We had a selection of small plates for food. Great value and lovely premises. Service was great, very attentive staff. Also tried the normal cocktail list which had a great variety.

It was very busy when we arrived, quite a lot of large hen parties however we were seated and served quickly. The host who seated us was fantastic, he brought us complimentary prosecco, explained he would move us to a more private booth as soon as possible. He also allowed us to order some fries of the main menu before it was officially on. The cocktails were amazing, the food was delicious and everything came quickly. Service was outstanding, I was incredibly impressed. We will certainly be back!

Came last night and our server / hostess was amazing so sorry didn’t catch her name but she was lovely so attentive and had lots of fun with us - cocktails varied in quality some were lovely some tasted slightly soapy but such is life! Would definitely recommend and come back

Loved the place, the way the restaurant looks is lovely and so unique. We all had a great time. The food was great but the prices I don’t think linked with how the food was. Food was probably too expensive for what it was. The cocktails were lovely too I think more choice on the £5 cocktails would’ve been better too however overall was a great time!

We visited Copper Blossom for brunch on Sunday lunch time. The restaurant/bar was very quiet so lacking in atmosphere, but the staff were lovely and very helpful. Great food and drinks, would definitely return.

We had a super evening, the cocktails were delicious and the small plates were out of this world. There was a good atmosphere but not too noisy. The staff were excellent too.

Never usually review restaurants but Copper Blossom was so excellent - highly recommend!! The staff were lovely, professional and attentive. The food is outstanding, the cocktails are great - can’t wait to return to Edinburgh to visit again!

Been here a few times. Service was excellent. Only thing that could have been improved is the menu choice. A few really good things on there, but a bit more selection would go along way. Would recommend this restaurant for vegetarians as my partner is veggie and they loved it.

As always, enjoyed a delicious meal and excellent service, one of my favourite places to eat when I am in Edinburgh. I had the fish tacos, they were so tasty and would recommend. Going to book again for April and planning to try brunch this time

25 minutes for someone to take our order, then waited over 30 minutes for our second round of drinks that were never put through the till even though they were ordered through a manager. Service has gone downhill & has let the place down. Very disappointed as we were out for a celebration and put a damper on our evening.

Food was awful! Very very greasy! Certainly NOT Mediterranean Found out the chef was not Spanish! Extremely noisy from the bar area, Complained to management Will definitely not go back Would not recommend

This is in no way our usual standard, and I would appreciate the opportunity to put this right. While we serve small plates, they aren’t necessarily Mediterranean, they should however always be tasty and fresh. We don’t utilise the fryer for many dishes, so I was surprised to hear they were greasy, and I would love to invite you back so we can invite to back and provide the service and food standard we expect here at copper blossom. We enjoyed our experience at Copper Blossom. I had 2 small plates and found that they were not very hot. I think they had been sitting out for a short time. My friend’s Mac and Cheese and fries were piping hot. By the time I had nearly finished my food it was getting cold. The other thing that was the restaurant was not very warm inside. It was a cold day and I felt the heating should have been warmer. the server was excellent and the cocktails were delicious. I would definitely return again.

The best kind of bar-restaurant is one that works for a special occasion, or as a place to meet for a quiet catch up with friends. Copper Blossom, with its stylish but welcoming interior, is that place. The decor is cool, the playlist is fantastic. And the food and drinks menus are both creative and affordable. The staff are also friendly and attentive, without it being too much.

I had made a reservation for my birthday, and my sister had phoned ahead (unknown to me) to ask if they could do something special to mark the occasion, really helpful member of staff said they would do sparklers in a bottle of Prosecco but when we got there there was no sign of anything, no acknowledgement of my birthday at all (despite the huge badge I was wearing!). The service was painfully slow throughout, even though it was a pretty quiet Sunday afternoon in January, we had an almost 30 minute wait to place our food order? Had to go and ask for the bill, then had to ask again for the January 30% discount offer they were running to be applied to the bill, the whole experience just left such a bad taste. Only saving grace was the food/cocktails were delicious. I’ve visited Copper Blossom many times when I’ve been in Edinburgh, but I’d really think twice about going back again after this experience, so disappointed :(

We booked for dinner but weren’t informed the kitchen was closed. The table hadn’t been cleared/cleaned on arrival. Otherwise, fine
