Copper Blossom is a stunning bar with a garden-inspired aesthetic where beauty meets flavour. As well as our 'dripping in flowers' indoor garden we have an outdoor seating area with a stunning view of Edinburgh Castle.

Our extensive cocktail list not only looks good; it tastes even better.

Wonderful location, extremely friendly staff and delicious cocktails and food. Perfect for our cousins birthday celebration .

Lovely surroundings. Table ready waiting for us. Server was friendly. Drinks expensive though. £80 for 2 cocktails (1 each) and bottle of Prosecco.

So glad you enjoyed your visit, though I am surprised by the bill, could you reach out so I can look into this as this doesn’t seem right I would like to rectify if there had been an issue.

Wonderful evening with fabulous cocktails and small plates of food which were great value for money! Great atmosphere and music but best of all was the very helpful support of the staff (in particular the wonderful Josh) to help me access the building on my mobility scooter. The usual lift was broken and so staff helped me navigate my way into Copper Blossom via ESPC and a lift downstairs and the reverse journey on leaving. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a great laugh in the process so if you are a wheelchair user or use a mobility scooter, this is the place to be!!

I absolutely love copper blossom I go everytime im in Edinburgh. The food, Staff and prices are all perfect.

We came to copper blossoms for engagement dinner and drinks. Food was outstanding, service was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Food was amazing, more than what we expected too for it being small plates. Absolutely loved it. Would 100% go again!
