Been coming there for years. So so tired of booking a reservation and having to wait forever for a table. The last two times our reservation sat over an hour late and last night more than 30 late. You might want to learn how to manage your reservations as there are plenty of restaurants in Houston that know how to provide better customer care.

Great dinner. Our server helped us find a good secondary wine choice due the bottle we wanted was sold out. Very happy he went above & beyond.

It was very good in terms of food and ambiance. The service was good but asking every 2 minutes (literally) if the food was PERFECT is too much. Let be enjoy what I am eating

As always the food is very good at Coppa and all 3 of us enjoyed each course we had. Our waiter, Anderson was exceptional, and he is a true asset for this Restaurant.

Our dining experience was excellent. Andre, our waiter, was very knowledgeable and attentive. His recommendations were "on spot"! I ordered the Tagliatelle Nero Di Seppia and it was wonderful. We had Zucchini Fritte and the Meatballs Al Forno, again they were both excellent. We will be going back!

We went for lunch. The service was outstanding. The food delicious! Since it was lunchtime the tables were not full but it was still really loud. I think partly because they played the music so loud that people had to speak loud enough to be heard. Lower the music, lower the din. We will go back.
