    Excelente ambiente, calidad de producto y atención al cliente. Toda una sorpresa que merece mucho la pena. El jardín tropical es espectacular, el mejor escenario para una gran experiencia gastronómica. Muy recomendable, volveremos muy pronto !!

    Hotel Copal has a secret place where you can eat informally in its dining room integrated into the jungle of Tulum or next to the hotel pool. The menu is varied but well balanced and I couldn't resist the cocktail menu. The treatment of the waiters, attentive but discreet, was the icing on the cake of a great meal.

    Opción excelente para el almuerzo o cena. Un oasis de naturaleza, ambiente muy selvático, producto muy fresco y atención de primera. Los tacos de pescado son increíbles, los mejores que he tomado. El ceviche maya, la hamburguesa Copal, la ensalada césar y el volcán de chocolate completaron un menú absolutamente sorprendente. Volveremos muy pronto.

    Un lugar perfecto para escapar del bullicio del pueblo o la playa. Un restaurante Mexicano integrado en la selva, haz seguro una escapada para conocerlo estés o no alojado en el Hotel Copal. Hay unas mesas muy románticas a pie de alberca y otras bajo unos árboles techados. ¡Es perfecto! Me encantó el Guacamole, de los mejores de la zona, el ceviche Maya y los tacos de camarón.

    Maravillosa cena en medio de la jungla. Servicio impecable y comida extraordinaria. Pedí el sandwich club y estaba buenísimo. Me llamó mucho la atención el pan, que me dijeron que era de masa madre. También los cócteles, muy refrescantes. De postre pedimos el culant de chocolate y nos encantó. Los meseros muy serviciales. Volvería seguro!

    Recoleto e íntimo restaurante del selvático Hotel Copal de Adea Zamá en Tulun reforzado su natural encanto crepuscular con el sahumerio de la resina que se destila entre tizones. Comida y servicio impecables y cocktelería innovativa y sin escatimar ingrediente alcohólico.

    Delightful spot in the heart of a mini jungle in the rain! The tacos were amazing as were the drinks.

    We chose Copal Gastro for my husband’s 60th birthday dinner, and it was excellent! It was a little hard to find after dark, but we found our way into the dimly lit, beautiful space. Diego was a patient and very helpful server, even helping to slow the meal down when our surprise guests were running late. The food and drinks were AMAZING. Catch of the Day (red snapper, grilled) was some of the best fish we’ve had anywhere. We at every bite of the Vegan Mezze appetizer. Margaritas were on point. Thank you so much, Copal Gastro!

    Excelente comida, recomiendo las papas trufadas y el mojito, el ambiente muy tranquilo y verde, en general muy recomendable.

    Delicioso!!! Tiene variedad de platillos con el mejor estilo Baja California, excelente calidad - precio. La comida sale súper rápido y los empleados son muy amables. De los mejores lugares para comer en Tulum, además de tener un jardín hermoso junto a una preciosa alberca que te hace disfrutar aún más cada uno de tus platillos.
