Cooper’s Hawk has very good food and wine, but it’s very busy, crowded, and this location has a tables very close to each other. On the weekends, it’s incredibly loud.

We did a wine tasting prior to dinner that was excellent. We bought two bottles as a result. Our dinner on the other hand less than appealing. My country pasta came out cold. I sent it back as my husband ate and it came back hot but just okay. Many other Wesley Chapel restaurants are better and much cheaper!

Nice atmosphere when we arrived, but became really loud as evening progressed, making it difficult to have a normal conversation. We were seated shortly after arrival with our reservations. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. She was attentive to our needs throughout the evening. The food was good, but overpriced. The wine prices are very reasonable.

Upon entering, the bar area is always packed and extremely noisy! I guess to get a spot there you have to be there when they open. We had booth bar seating and it was nice. Again, very noisy. Our server, Valeria, was awesome. She helped us out with some wine club questions and even sent over Tim to assist. I had 2 entrees selected, couldn't make up my mind. Had her choose and I didn't know what it was until it came. It was the red wine braised short ribs. Absolutely delicious and filling. Complimented it with the malbec then barrel wines, also very good. Nice special occasion place or just for date night too.

Overall, service was the best part of our meal; although one could say "too fast". We had cocktails, apps, entree's, dessert and all done in 45 minutes. Great to turn tables, but at the end of a long week, having a little time out to enjoy the experience was very fast. Food was ok. Noise - very loud. Pricing - getting out of control vs portion size and quality of ingredients.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cooper’s Hawk, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was modern yet cozy, setting the perfect tone for an enjoyable meal. The service was outstanding; our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They guided us through the extensive menu and wine list, offering insightful recommendations that made our choices easier.

We frequent this location and normally love everything we have. Unfortunately last night the food fell flat. I got the special chicken Frances but the potatoes were tasteless and gummy and the chicken was basically the chicken from their other dishes just with a different sauce. The desert special which was a strawberry popover was disappointing. We expected more of a custard cream filled puff with fresh strawberries but it was plain vanilla ice cream with a strawberry cream sauce and like three half pieces of fresh strawberries.

What a wonderful evening catching up with an old friend. I was sat down promptly after checking in. The service was truly amazing & the food was perfection. I have been a member since 2016 before moving here & so happy to see the CH Wesley Chapel staff is holding true to the brand with great service!!! Looking forward to my next visit.
