Overall good experience. We dine here about once per month and the service is always top notch. On this visit, our server, Angela, was great! I was a bit annoyed that they were out of short ribs at 6 p.m. on a Saturday…seriously? But other than that it was good. I ordered the trio of medallions. The medallions were good, but the Parmesan crust on top was a bit much and very salty.

Food was wonderful! We had a great dinner. Noise level seemed a little high but we enjoyed our dinner with friends. It was their first time eating there and they really liked it. Our waitress seemed a little unenthusiastic but maybe she was having a bad day. Love the Rhubarb wine!!

Coopers Hawk is always a dependable Restaurant decision. You can be certain your ambiance, drinks and food ingredients will be top notch. However, some locations get very busy and Chefs vary from spot to spot. Service has always been excellent!

Everything was excellent except my filet mignon. It was overcooked(I ordered medium) and extremely dry. I took most of it home for the dog.

It was my first visit to Cooper's Hawk in Toledo. Staff was very friendly, efficient, and just generally fun. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday.

Our server was excellent, but the food was bland, and we were reprimanded by the new Bar manager when we ordered our flight. We’ve supported this restaurant since it open and always ordered the same flight. However, this time we were told they will give us two ice selections “this time” but will not if we order it again. It was an insult and made us feel devalued…as if we were trying to do something underhanded. In addition, they removed one of the most popular dishes, which is fish and chips. The Thai wraps were bland and disgusting. The flatbread pizza my Had zero seasoning and the only thing that saved both of our dishes was dunking it in the cashew sauce. Oh yeah, the coffee was excellent! We are regulars on Open Table and more so on Resy, and collectively decided that we will stick with J. Alexander’s and other fine dining restaurants in our area until Cooper’s start caring more about the customer who visit their to actually eat and not just drink alcohol.

The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The menu is diverse. Sad though to hear that the “Fish n’ Chips” is being discontinued.

We have been here before with our large group of 11. This trip was terrible. They put us at a very small cramped table. When asked if we could be sat somewhere else we were told no even though it was empty and i had made reservations far in advance and we had the same group in January at a much more comfortable table. The manager did come and say she would comp some appetizers. She did not! They were out of straws and only had cans of Diet Coke. Some of our apps were good some were terrible. The lettuce wraps were terrible! We were there for 2 birthdays one being my sons. He ordered a steak med rare and it was charcoal! He ate it anyways but didn’t enjoy. When asked if we wanted dessert we said no but could the birthday people get their birthday truffles. Waitress said yes but then only brought for one of the birthday people. I had previously highly recommended this place but after this experience we won’t be back!

Our experience tonight was outstanding! Excellent service from door to our seats and our server well she was engaging and fun. Our food was 10/10 (the Tacos, Wow!). The wine recommendation was on point! Overall a wonderful Anniversary Date Night, Thanks to Coopers Hawk Winery. Would totally recommend everyone give them a try.

Fantastic food! Huge wine selection. Wonderful atmosphere. Great for anniversaries or special occasions. Wine tasting in house was a fun add on as well.

We had a soup and salad lunch at Cooper Hawk's Winery and the crab, shrimp and lobster bisque was, hands down, the very best soup we have ever had. It was full of crab, shrimp and lobster meat. The bisque base was perfect and the generous ingredients were something to go back for. The salad was nice and fresh.

Food was delicious but… Service was not so great 3 out of 6 pieces of flatware were dirty Took unusually longer to get clean flatware and our drinks and had to ask for refills Salads came and we had just started eating the appetizer. One of our diners, ordered the flank steak ($40) and it was a ridiculously small steak. Overall disappointing for our Easter celebration lunch. Our reservation was at 1:30 so the place was not crazy busy. For the cost, I expect more! I expect better!

Food was ok, but quality seems to have declined since we first started going there, and I’m not the only one that has noticed it. It was a Saturday night, and understandably busy, but we waited well over an hour for our food. I’m not sure what the problem was, as tables all around us that were seated much later than us all had food. Service was barely ok. Server was very nice, but mostly ignored us except to say that food would be out “any minute.” They did give us one comped dessert for our experience, which is something I guess.
