Usually a 5 star rating on the food, but unfortunately we were disappointed with what is a favorite meal (soy ginger salmon) and not impressed by the calamari appetizer at all. Came in at 11AM so it wasn’t busy yet even though it was Father’s Day weekend. It was the first time trying the calamari and the flavor profile was very good but again, seemed reheated as the crispy batter was not crispy and the calamari was chewy. The soy ginger salmon is usually my favorite go to dish. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes (usually fresh and fluffy) were dried out like they had been sitting under the warming lights too long. So the were dried out on the outside and the consistency of paste. The salmon (usually buttery) was overcooked and dry. I’m not sure what happened but totally missed the mark today. :/ Our server was great and didn’t rush us which is always appreciated.

Our most current visit was a lunch time. We ordered the Blacked Steak and Blue Cheese Salad and it was exceptional. The skirt steak was sooo tender and the blue cheese dressing is light but incredibly delicious. Our server, Dara, was very attentive and friendly.

We have been to Coopers Hawk for dinner 3 times. It is by far the best food in the west valley. We are lucky to have this open by us!

This was my fourth visit to this Cooper's Hawk location. This was, by far, the worst visit. It took quite some time to receive our water, our server forgot our salad, and they cleared our silverware while we were still dining, everything was so delayed that it made it feel like we were forgotten about. It also seemed like our server was the only one handling this section, which could have caused the disconnection between the front and back of the house. While our server was friendly, everything was significantly delayed, making our birthday celebration feel somewhat lackluster.

Amber was our server and she did a wonderful job helping us enjoy our anniversary dinner experience. Wine was great. My wife’s tenderloin was excellent. I had the surf and turf. The medallions were prepared perfectly.

Our server was great. The food was a bit pricier than I thought for the amount and $5 for soda is a bit outrageous but overall we had a nice time. It was also very loud so my husband and I could not hear each other talking.
