Sandy was our server and she was absolutely fantastic!!! LOVE her . The food and service were excellent at both the table and wine tasting. We love coming here. One of the last places to find excellent customer service and food!!

Overall, our experience was great. The food was delicious. A gluten-free menu was provided to a member of our party, which was a nice touch. Our meal consisted of three appetizers - drunken shrimp, crispy Brussels sprouts and potstickers. Delicious. Entrees were all excellent. The wine kept flowing and everyone had a great evening. In addition, the service from check in to end of evening was great.

CHW is the only place my 88 year old mom wants to eat a hamburger. I’ve gotten her hooked on the Leonard Burger and your Wedge Salad. So when we want burgers and a side salad we come here!

The food here is very good. Food tastes fresh and homemade. Steaks are always delicious and well-cooked. I really enjoy the tuna appetizer and soups. Drinks are great. The whole restaurant is exceedingly well-run. I always leave feeling impressed and satisfied. It is a little pricey, but this is definitely a case in which you get what you pay for.

We went for Mother’s Day, and knowing it would be busy, we tried to be very patient. However, our server took over 30 minutes to get to us after saying he’ll be right back with waters. We ordered as soon as he came back and it still took another 75 minutes to get our meals. My wife got filet medallions and ordered them rare. They came out after 75 minutes like shoe leather they were so well done. They remade them and it turned out great, but after waiting over an hour for our meal, just to have to send back, it was just such a big disappointment. We had our appetizer and bread and soup plates on our table for the whole 75 minutes and they were only taken away when they couldn’t fit our entrees on the table. We paid with our entree plates still taking up the table. And for having been seated for over 2 hours, we got a refill on our waters just once. Everytime the server came over, he promised to get water then watched him go to the back for half an hour at a time.

Part of our 38th anniversary weekend at one of our favorite restaurants. While the initial service was a little slow, the drinks, appetizers, dinner & dessert were delicious. One of many times here & won't be the last.

We’re regulars at the Morton Grove Cooper’s Hawk. Usually 5star food. Lately the filet medallions have been rather tough. Lobster was great. Drunken shrimp appetizer is a must. My wife is a wine connoisseur and tonight’s wine was excellent. We were too full for dessert but Sunday’s dessert special sounded intriguing. Even with Bidenomics, the prices are stable and portions the same as always. Plus we get to take our wine club goodies home plus enjoy the discounts

This is the second time we’ve gone to the Morton grove location and had Very slow service, starting from waiting for a table with a reservation. Our server was very nice, but he seemed stressed, I’m guessing they are short help. Food was good, especially the Drunkin shrimp!

We had a reservation for 7pm and were not seated until after 8. Continually told that there wasn’t a table for us. We made a reservation for what reason? Poor management. Then following our order it took 45 minutes to get our food. It was after 9pm so it wasn’t busy any longer. The only thing that saved the experience was the company of our own party. Will not be going back to this Coopers Hawk.

The service for the wine tasting was very slow, though the tasting area was far from full. We were there over an hour and 15 minutes, which is not our monthly experience. There were two servers and they did not consistently tell us about the different wines we were trying.

The food and service were exemplary. We sampled a number of starters and entrees, all of which were delicious and very well prepared. Some of us had cocktails, which were all expertly prepared and the rest had wines which were very well received. The service was absolutely wonderful, attentive and informed. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening of great ambiance, food, drink and service. We cannot wait to return.

The earliest reservation we could get was 5:30. We arrived right on time and were greeted with a smile and seated with a smile. The waiter Jacob, approached us, and introduced himself. He was very friendly and explained the wine club. He brought us samples of a few different wines that we were asking about. He explained why dry wine was served the way it was & sweet wine served cold. Also explained that we were able to take whatever was left in the bottle home. The food was delicious. Overall, we had a great time.

Our server was very sweet and considerate. We were offered a taste of the wine of the month as well as chefs recommendations. The food was good, she was kind enough to divide the salad into 2 plates for my husband and I. I really enjoy coming to CH every month to have a nice meal and grab a bottle of wine.

The service was terrific and we have always enjoyed you restaurant. We all ordered the filet steaks and they were all tough and chewy. Definitely not the best cut of meat. All 4 of us agreed on the quality. Price isn’t an issue as long as the quality of the food is good.

My wife and I went to this location to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. The waiter took our order, but the dinner that I received was wrong. The steak was done very well even though I asked for it to be medium. In addition, the waiter did not inquire nor add any of the rewards that were on my account to our overall bill. This is the first time that this has happened to us. We did not have a positive dining experience as a result of this.
