Makenna P was our server. She was fantastic! She was professional, polite, enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the menu, anticipated our needs and added pleasure to our evening and dinning experience. I will request her again. The food was excellent. Presentations were nice. Will definitely dine at Kildeer location again.

I took my wife there for Mother's Day dinner. Admittedly, it was a very busy day for the place, but also it was a day that the management should have expected it to be busy. Our server was polite and cheerful, but the service was slow, forgetful, and careless. Coopers Hawk is known for its wine and pairings with dinner— but it took nearly 20 minutes to bring me a glass of basic red wine. Meanwhile, my wife's ginger ale was served in an obviously chipped glass, so she sent it back— 10 minutes later, still no ginger ale. Dang! My wife and I had to toast with our water glasses. We asked for additional butter for the delicious freshly-baked pretzel bread. 10 minutes later, still no butter. Dang! Bread was cold by the time the butter came. I ordered a salad with oil and vinegar for dressing. Besides being sticky and slimy, the cruets were nearly empty, and there wasn't enough to properly season my salad— so I asked for additional O&V. By the time our meals came, there was still no O&V. Dang! Had to skip the $10 salad. In a nutshell, too many "Dang" problems distracted us from the purpose of the event. Instead of sweet talk, all we discussed was the terrible service. As I told the manager, the kitchen was doing a terrific job of preparing delicious food— but the horrible service prevented us from enjoying it. Not going back there, and I'm sure neither are a lot of the hundreds of folks who had similar experiences that evening (I overheard apologies being given to the table next to us). To his credit, the manager made adjustments to our bill and offered some complimentary coupons— which we undoubtedly will not be using.

Disrespectfully slow to get food. Order time was long. Granted it was busy but we were a table if two and both got chicken. Server was polite and friendly. Food was good but both needed more sauce. Mom’s spinach needed to be seasoned. A little salt goes a long way. Other meal prices are excessive especially steak and fish.

It was crazy mothers days and it was very crowded/ we were celebrating a birthday Service was very slow? Meal took over a 1/2 to come had to ask server Leslie twice Steak was good & so was short ribs

The Wine Steward was friendly and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting. We had reservations for 3 outside and were seated 1/2 hour late inside. Appetizers, food took a while. One entree wasn't fresh and had to ask for the coleslaw that was supposed to come with it. Dessert was good. Our Son left his satchel and he was able to pick it up later. We are wine club members and had to call today to have all of the points updated.

Came here for Mother’s Day after the Barrington 5k and the service and food was phenomenal! I forgot our waitress’s name but she was spectacular. We had a minor issue with the rice that came with the jambalaya but one of the managers(Benny), came by immediately to check on us. This would be our preferred location if we didn’t live in the city.
