Our reservation was made days in advance for the bar area. It was also noted on the reservation that this was a birthday celebration, and I was assured it would be treated as such. When we arrived, the restaurant was very crowded and after waiting for a while, we were told the bar would not be available to us, but we could take a very small booth in the dining area. The server was overburdened and we had to ask several times for service throughout the meal. There was no recognition of the birthday celebration, although in the end, we did receive two birthday truffles after multiple requests. My guest and I have been frequent visitors to this establishment and this was by far not the experience we expected. Extremely disappointing.

As usual, another overcrowded restaurant that is shortstaffed. I don't blame our waitress. She was great, except she was waiting on too many tables. We were going to have appetizers, but skipped them because it took so long for her to return to our table. Pretty disappointing.

The staff at this location was exceptional! We were celebrating our anniversary and they really went all out to congratulate us and make sure we had a memorable time. Two managers and our awesome waitress made us feel welcome and the food was great! Thanks so much…we will be back!

Went to tasting room after lunch. There was only 1 employee and the whole bar was full with customers. They seemed to have a lot of employees working but no help was given to tasting area. This made everyone’s tasting take much longer.

No thank you. We used OPEN TABLE to request outdoor dining. There was no staff to serve in that space. But, those on duty found us a quiet indoor space and assign Lexy as our server. We got what we requested in a timely manner.

We always love dining at Cooper's Hawk and regularly recommend it to friends and families as well as celebrate special events here. It's rare to find a restaurant that consistently provides superb meals and costumer service!

The service is always great! I’ve even had past servers stop by to say hi. I brought customers from out of state and they really enjoyed the whole experience. The food was really good! One of our party was late because of a flight delay but the staff was awesome even though we were one of the last ones to leave.
