My husband and I always have a great experience when we are here. Our waiter Heath/or Keith was great! He smiled and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for always having great service.

Noise level pretty high again. Had to wait over a half a hour for our reserved table. We were informed they were running behind when we arrived though. It was a holiday. Waiter was a little awkward. Didn’t always know what he was doing or thinking while at table. We were not offered bread upon sitting down. Never did get any. He didn’t ask which side my husband wanted with his sandwich. Luckily he got what he wanted anyway. But the worst part was, he didn’t use the card on file upon paying. I am a recent wine club member. I told him I was a member when he asked if we had been there before. It was only our second visit. When he brought the ck my husband automatically put his card in the folder, not thinking. This lead to us being charged twice for the meal. I called the restaurant first thing this morning to speak to a manager. I had to leave a message and have not received a call back yet in two and a half hours. This was a $150.00 bill.

I had a reservation and called because I was running late! They couldn’t find my reservation! I got a text saying my table was ready! When I got there they finally found my reservation and I still had to wait 15 to 20 for my table! It was supposed to be in bar at a booth! They tried to take us to the dining room! We don’t care for the dining room we always eat in the bar! Any way my food came to slightly warm mashed potatoes were basically cold! The waiter says I can go microwave it for you! I told him I don’t think so! Why didn’t my food come hot because my husband’s was steaming you could tell it was prepared fresh! I’m so upset about my order! I made the dumb mistake of letting them bring another one BIG mistake it was not prepared fresh! If my food can’t come out fresh the first time! I won’t except any do overs! It’s ridiculous why do these cook think you can’t tell when something isn’t cooked to order! Apparently they think people are idiots! My husband is a professional cook I know how food is supposed to be prepared!

Dining at Coopers Hawk is always a great experience. As today was Father’s Day, my husband was greeted with a glass of wine. Our dinner was excellent and our server, Jenna, was awesome. We always have a great time here!

Ate on the patio and enjoyed the view and summer breeze. Service was excellent and food was properly prepared. Being a wine member is a great way to experience Cooper’s Hawk.
