Our service was excellent. The most difficult things was the noise level. The wine tasting area was extremely loud. We were moved as far from it as possible, but the room was still noisy. My medallions were good. My wife's salmon was over cooked and dry. I didn't think our meals were good enough to justify the price.

We had a long leisurely lunch with 6 people. Bella was so pleasant and helpful. She kept checking with us to make sure our needs were met, but did not rush us in any way.

Our servers went above and beyond tonight! Things didn’t always go as planned, but the amazing customer service was great!! Kaiden, Izzy and Darren made sure that we were satisfied and all of our expectations were met. thank you for making sure that our birthday celebration was nothing but special!!!

Good variety on the menu and everything I've ever tried there has been very good. I find the wine prices to be a tad steep, but otherwise a consistently positive experience.

The most important thing is that I am so pleased that the menu and the food is served the same in every one of the Cooper's Hawk restaurants that I have visited, from Orland Park, IL to two different ones in the Phoenix area, along with the two we now have in Naples and Fort Myers, FL - & don't forget Cleveland, OH! I don't know how they can have a product that I constantly seek out, as it is consistent in each of these restaurants all across the country! We always begin with the drunken shrimp and the Brussels sprouts, and everyone is in love with them. From there it amazes me that the Napa Chicken Salad is not only mouth watering, but there is always more than enough to take home lunch for the next day. In Brookfield, WI this week we ate in the bar area, and were again wowed by Darcy, who was warm and welcoming behind the bar, and with our server, Jackson who really listened to every word we shared, which made our experience one more A+ visit. I'd also mention that Rick, new to me, from the tasting area, could not have been nicer. Thank you ALL for showing us that our love for this restaurant is about the great wines, freely tasted, the amazing recipes that you ALL share across the country, and for your kindness and professional attention that we all so appreciate that brings each of us back regularly!
